Just what you need for a week at the beach. In walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants and great location for beach access we had an issue with key cards for the beach and the host was responsive and found a solution quickly. Would love to stay again.

The place was very nice & very comfortable in a great walkable distance to everything. Very quiet neighborhood too. We would definitely recommend staying at this rental.

The unit was above average and certainly well located for quick access to the heart of Rosemary Beach. The bed was excellent, the shower was fine and it was nice having a dedicated garage parking spot. While the unit was clean, out of reach areas (i.e. the top of the refrigerator and the top of the dryer where the iron and ironing board were stored were covered in dust). A provided bag of coffee was an excellent touch; however, including a few coffee filters would have made the gesture fully complete. Overall, I think there are better values to be found just outside of Rosemary Beach.

Overall nice property. Minor maintenance items such as sheets were a little too small for the bed and shower was clogged. Nice updated kitchen area, utensils available, and very close to the beach! Short distance to many shopping areas.

Excellent location.

You simply cannot beat the location. The beach is absolutely incredible. The rental was perfect in every way, bed could be a little comfier, but other than that, it was a great rental for us.

Excellent property!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this excellent property! The carriage house was very clean, in a great location, and well maintained. We also loved being able to park in the adjacent garage - it was very convenient! Would highly recommend for couples and small families!

Very Cozy

The bed was very comfortable and the place was spacious. I loved it was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The beach was a short skip out the door.

This was an ideal location with such easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants — just wonderful. The check in process with super easy with great communication with property management, and the property was very clean. The only drawback is that I was not expecting how sparsely appointed the house would be. No beach towels, no plastic ware for beach drinks, no cooking basics. The bed is also pretty squeaky and the bedroom door sticks. But overall it was a great value and I’d go back a little better prepared.

This has been our 4th time to Rosemary and it never disappoints! The management company was always very quick to respond to any questions I had. I wish there was a book at the house with instruction like the code to rent beach chairs, how to access beach, ect! There was also no beach towels provided which was a bummer. Place was cute but felt smaller than it looked. Great location and bed was big and comfy! Having access to bikes was also a great plus for us.

November 2021 Stay

Great location at Rosemary. We had a few issues with the Carriage House, but most notably is the mattress. This is badly worn and needs to be replaced.

The listing did not tell us there was a washer and dryer. We brought extra clothes because we didn’t think there was a washer and dryer. It was a nice surprise that we could do our laundry. There was a skillet. That was fine but we were going to make spaghetti one night and there was nothing to boil noodles in. The kitchen supplies were minimal. The walk to the beach was perfect. It was a short walk that we could go back to the house for lunch. We loved being in the middle of Rosemary and Seacrest beach.

I do not recommend this property at all. Upon arrival on Saturday at 1600, we did not have beach or pool access cards that worked. We called customer service multiple times to get the problem addressed, to which it was not handled or fixed until Monday at 930. We missed one entire afternoon/evening on the beach until the following day when we started jumping the fences to get to the beach and pools. Our trip is only 3.5 days long so this was essentially half of our stay. No one had any sense of urgency to help us, except the maintenance guy we flagged down in his car, who wanted to help us, but was unable to. Also, if you want to cut a lime or an apple or anything for that matter, pack your own knife, because there is nothing more than three butter knives. Listing also does not say there is a washer and dryer, but there is. We can update this post potentially once this situation has been resolved. Will not ever stay here again.

October 2021 Stay

Excellent location, near the beach and dining choices, comfortable unit. No dishwasher but not a big deal since we prefer eating out. We loved it and would stay there again. Two people max.
