Welcome to Villa COSY: with a surface area of approximately 130 sqm all on one level (a few steps), including a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, an independent toilet, and three bedrooms.

Bedroom 3: Master suite with twin beds (290*200), dressing room, shower room, and toilet.
