A charming, authentic early 20th-century Berck-style villa, tastefully decorated.

Specially designed to accommodate our family: we have four children, including a baby. Everything is provided to ensure we have a wonderful time in the best possible conditions.
It’s sure to be perfect for your stay with family or friends.

Access to the house via a smart lock.
A code will be provided upon your arrival. No need to worry about keys during your entire stay.

Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (in addition to the crib located in one of the bedrooms).

The house is fully equipped.
Included in the price are: dish towels, bath mats, comforters, and pillows; however, bed linens and bath towels are not provided.

To ensure the property remains clean for all guests, we charge a cleaning fee of €80 to €100 per stay, in addition to the rental price.

Pets are allowed but remain your responsibility, and your security deposit will be held if any damage is found (such as stains or odors requiring dry cleaning, for example).

Parking is now metered in Berck. The large parking lots a few meters from the house are in the orange zone. You can purchase a 7-day parking pass for €20. The pass must be purchased on the city’s website: berck.fr/stationner-a-berck-sur-mer at the bottom of the page ;)
