This house, located in AURIAC DU PERIGORD, in the heart of the Périgord Noir (with a thousand and one castles), is ideal for 4 people. You will have at your disposal 2 bedrooms, a private swimming pool (11.5mx5m), an enclosed wooded plot, a terrace and a WI-FI connection. RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY
Its lounge offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent discovering the region centered on prehistory and gastronomy.
Settle into the sofa with a good book or relax by the pool, lulled by the silence of the Périgord countryside or take advantage of the facilities at your disposal such as flat screen satellite TV, WI-FI connection, a sound column with Bluetooth.
You can prepare delicious recipes in the fully equipped kitchen and then enjoy it around the table for 8 guests or outside on the terrace overlooking the ponds, or by the pool in the shade of a kiosk equipped with a bread oven. The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms with dressing rooms. 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bedroom has a standard bed. You will have a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and walk-in shower with separate toilet.
The house has a fan, a plancha, and dishwasher, ironing equipment, cleaning products. Games for the pool, balls, petanque balls, Molkky game and ping-pong table are waiting for you. You will simply have to put down your suitcases and bring your towels. Duvets are provided and sheets.
Leave the house in the state of cleanliness you found it when you arrived. Cleaning products will be available. An amount of 80€ will be requested for non-compliance.
Parking is available on site in a private parking space. Pets are allowed.
Your hosts will be on site, very discreet, in an apartment located in the basement, always present for the slightest service.
And for the last information, we operate like any rental: from Saturday to Saturday.
