Perfect for a couple looking to get away or a couple with kids, this ski-in/out condo is ready for an unforgettable time spent in Steamboat Springs! The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops for preparing warm meals after a long day on the powder. Gathering the family together is easy with a breakfast bar for two and a dining area with seating for four. In the living room, cozy up next to the gas fireplace on the leather couch or plush armchair and turn on your favorite movie using the TV and DVD player. The living room opens to a private balcony with marvelous views of the Steamboat Ski area as well as the southern views of the Yampa Valley, so enjoy summer sunsets from your own space.

The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Great location

Great property with everything you need. I do have a recommendation to get a different window covering in the bedroom as the lights outside are bright and come through the blinds. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Perfect location at the base of the gondola in winter ski in ski out. Summer ideal for Mtn biking or hiking up beautiful Steamboat! Extremely clean and attractive condo and well equipped with everything needed for away from home property. Five star unit!

Fantastic location with cozy digs.

This condo is in a perfect location for a Steamboat vacation. It's comfortable and cozy. Perfect size for our family of three. Though we hardly used the kitchen (just a short stay) it seemed well stocked. It's an easy walk to any of the places around the Gondola, and an easy shuttle ride if you want to head downtown. The complex is situated right on the slopes so it's just an elevator ride down, and a walk across the plaza. Less than five minutes from your door to gliding down the slopes.

Very clean and comfortable with up-to-date kitchen, TVs, and bathroom. Ample dishes, towels, and linen. Great view off balcony. We were able to watch the New Year's eve torch parade coming down the mountain. 100 yd walk to the Christie lift or gondola. Terry Sports ski rental on the way and stores skis overnight. Couldn't be any more convenient. Indoor hot tub and sauna were clean and well-maintained. There is also an outdoor hot tub that we did not use. We fit 5 adults and teenagers in this condo, which is one more than we originally planned. Most people would find this too crowded. More appropriate for 2 adults with 1 or 2 small children. Many excellent places to eat very near condo and slopes. Steamboat bus service and Torian Plum shuttle service are helpful to get to town, but having our own 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to town and to Strawberry Hot Springs was much more convenient. Definitely recommend Strawberry Hot Springs. Bring flashlight or headlamp if you go at night.

This 1 bedroom condo was very clean and with in walking distance to the gondola for skiing as well as many shops and restaurants. We had a very pleasurable stay visiting with our family.

Great condo stay. Quiet, relaxing with everything needed to dine in or options within walking to square. Easy access to downtown as well. Swimming pool & hot tubs on site were great. Our second stay here & will definitely come again!

Very comfortable condo. It was quiet and relaxing. Convenient location with shops and restaurants adjacent to complex. Nice pool and hot tubs. Underground parking is a plus as well! Enjoyed the stay!

All The Comforts of Home

Very comfortable! The bedroom a little tight. Great corner view. Small complaints are blinds to balcony door won't stay up and fireplace glass could use a cleaning. We enjoyed the fireplace. Walk in shower great!!!

Best location in Ski Time Square

Right on the ski slope not more than a 100 foot walk to put on our skis. Then a quick ski down to the gondola. Each unit has a lockable ski locker for storage. But the best surprise was the fast (5-10min) and complimentary shuttle service running virtually all the time around the Steamboat area. They were willing to take us just about anywhere without questions. No need to have a rental car.

Great location!

We loved being able to walk to restaurants and enjoy the views of the mountains. Check in was easy and friendly, and the open hot tubs and provision of pool towels were an added bonus. A few minor niggles. When we arrived, the rug on the balcony was wrapped over the table and chairs and the floor was covered with dirt and some kind of insulating material, which I had to sweep up before being able to enjoy the balcony. The views from the balcony were superb, but otherwise there are only 2 other windows and both face the covered walkway on the opposite side, so there's very little natural light in the unit. One other gripe was that there were 2 massive black trash bags stuffed into the closet in the bedroom, so much so that the doors bowed out into the bedroom. Apart from these mainly minor issues, we enjoyed our time in this well equipped, well located unit.

The unit is clean, well stocked and has a prime location! Easy walking to all ski mountain activities. We used the outdoor pool multiple times each day and it was not crowded at all! So nice!

Stay at Torian Plumb

A great location, easy to book and a very accomodating front desk. The unit we had this time was the best supplied we have had with more utensils, pots/pans and things like sugar to go with the two very nice coffee machines. The pool and hot tubs were awesome. Only quibble was the bedroom of our one bedroom unit. It was so tiny there was barely enough room to squeeze from one side of the room to the other at the foot of the bed. It was almost as easy to do it by going into the bathroom, out the bathroom into the hall and back in the door to the other side of the bedroom. But we were happy and had a great stay in this very clean and well maintained building.

What a great place to stay in Steamboat. Perfect location, clean, every amenity available. We had a small problem with the string on the pull for the blinds, and a repairman was there the same day. Thank you for a great vacation spot!

This condo was amazingly clean and close to everything! Everyone that works at TP was so kind!

The property was convenient to everything! We also enjoyed the amenities this property offered! Terry sports was a great place to rent skis! We loved our time here as a family and will be back! Thanks Janeth! (Note: inside the condo was stocked with the necessities and was acceptionally clean!) The staff was very helpful throughout our entire stay!

Perfect for a single or couple
