A 140-square-metre single-storey house on 4000 sqm of wooded land with an absolute calm swimming pool (11-4.5 m), with a dominant 360-degree view of the Garlaban, the Sainte-Baume and the Gemenos plain. You can walk from the property for walks in the hills of the famous autor Marcel Pagnol or enjoy the beachfront in Cassis, La Ciotat or the Calanques de Marseille.

Fully repainted house in 2014 with two distinct areas: day area / night area.

Four bedrooms:
- A room ( with a 160cm width bed) with private black marble square shower room and toilet.
- A room (with a 180cm width bed) with television

Bookings in the summer from Saturday to Saturday, for 6 adults and 3 children at most.

Animals accepted on a case-by-case basis after an essential agreement from the owner.
End-of-stay household and sheets included in the price. No cleaning during the stay. The maintenance of the pool is left to your care during the stay.
