This beautifully elegant two bedroom unit at Mainsail has a wonderful Gulf view from a private eighth-floor balcony. You will enjoy the comfortable and contemporary style of this condominium. The living room has plenty of seating with a sofa, a loveseat, two chairs, a nice round dining set to seat six, and three bar stools. The master bedroom has a crisp upgraded look with a king bed, custom bedding, dark wood furniture, and access to the gulf side balcony. The guest bedroom features two nice twin beds, cozy white bedding, and carpeted floor. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs and DVD players for your entertainment.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. First walk in was clean and looked so nice. So many items to use in kitchen and other rooms and beach stuff too. Beautiful view. Was so satisfied and loved the beach and water. Tk u!

Beachside blessing

Amenities were perfect. Room was very clean and felt like home. Stocked with family games and simple entertainment. Great views of the ocean and easy walking access to a beautiful beach. Spring break kids setting off mortars on the beach a couple nights at 2:00 were the only downside and obviously not the fault of the property. Would definitely stay again.

Breathtaking

My family visited Mainsail 184 during spring break. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.. Beautiful ocean view. The condo was clean and plenty space for my husband, son, and myself. The pictures are exactly what you get. The most enjoyable part for me was sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. Beach access was located at the ground level of the building and two beach chairs were available. We will definitely return to Mainaail 184.

Gorgeous view!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and had everything we needed. Walk to the beach was short. Beach service was good, however get there early if you want close to the shoreline. Beds were comfy, plenty of linens, and the air worked great! Only complaints we would have is we could never get the faucet in the kitchen to give us hot water and there was a knob broken on washing machine.

Great location, questionable unit

This unit was a great location and view but the good things end there. Specific check in instructions weren’t provided and we had to chase down the security guard on the property to get our parking pass. There also were not specific instructions about what building we were in or how to find the unit easily. When we arrived there was a sanitary napkin on the bathroom Floor. Also everything was unplugged and we had to plug it all back in. The bad thing is- most of the plugs were old and wouldn’t hold the plug in it. I wasnt Able to lay in bed and charge my cell phone due to the plug situation. The second bathroom ceiling was peeling off and prices of paint would fall on you during your shower. We did contact the management and they helped us with getting the second TV working but said they would address the plugs after we left. The unit needs more attention. As a short term rental owner myself, I know how much Vacasa charges for property management and this owner is not getting their money’s worth for what they pay. It’s a busy season with lots of turns but that doesn’t mean the unit shouldn’t be well kept. We would come back to this building but pick a different unit.

Great view!

Top floor condo with great view. Condo was as pictured. Updated master bath and kitchen. Tastefully decorated. Four instead of five stars because cable and internet were spotty at best.

Bright condo

The condo was nice but needed some updates. Also the blinds in the front bedroom were broke and did not block the Sun in the morning. The skylights also made it difficult for anyone to sleep on the sofa bed in the den.

Stay at Mainsail

Great experience and loved the convenience of email with instructions, directions etc. It would have been nice to have soap provided but thankful grocery store was so close. We truly enjoyed our stay & experience.

Beautiful views !

Great views ! Nice updated unit ! One frying pan after a through search was frustrating and the location where they store the bath towels was silly under the m bath sink very odd they should be left out easy to locate salt and pepper would be nice a few attentions to detail over looked in this fantastic unit can easily make it a 5 star rental !!! Vacasa needs to get a frying pan set and a salt and pepper Shaker and store bath towels where you can see them .

Needs some improvements

I didn’t like the fact that all the sinks and bathtubs drain very slow the hot tub jets sprayed so far it got all over the floor I couldn’t even use it without making a mess , also the beach chairs and umbrella on the beach that was supposed to be included it was first come first serve and if you didn’t get out there early enough you didn’t get one even though they had people that I saw with my own Eyes that had more than two per condo that they were using and was not told anything so we were unable to get one..The Condo was not clean as it should be there was even a spoon under the mattress it was not from us it’s funny because you pay all this money in a cleaning fee and they have the audacity to ask you to fill the dishwasher , starry it and do clothes lol hilarious , I will be booking with Vacasa again but never ever at mainsail ……. They are a bad representation of y’all

July Family Destin Florida Vacation

Great location! Mainsail Condos are right in the beach with easy access to the beach front. The condos are centrally located near Destin proper with a gated security entrance in and out of the condos. My family always felt secured. We would book again! Gig’em!!! 👍
