The community hot tub is the perfect place to thaw out after spending the day on the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort, just steps away. Tonight, let the appliances, counter space, and cookware of the full kitchen help you prepare tonight's home-cooked meal then serve guests at the handsome dining table. Clear it all away to spread out some board games for a family game night everyone will enjoy.

You'll have all kinds of terrific ski runs like Stampede and Lil' Rodeo for beginners and Voo Doo and See Me for experts when you head up the gondola of Steamboat Ski Resort, right across the street. Get to know the area with a trip to The Tread of Pioneers Museum, three miles north, then check out some amazing local art at Steamboat Art Museum.

THINGS TO KNOW
Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

So close to the slopes!

The phoenix is a great condo complex. So close to the mountain, literally a 5 minute walk to the gondola + base area. Super easy to get in and out of the garage and plenty of parking / space. LOVE this place, will definitely rent again.

Within walking distance to lifts

Property was ideally located close to the mountain base lifts and village. Accomodations were good for the 4 of us, and could have had 2 more with plently of room upstairs with bonus full bathroom.

It was a nice location for ski training camp!

Our son was able to walk to and from the condo to the lifts. The condo is dated but comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and loved having the Bosch washing machine and clothes dryer!! The kids were also able to take the shuttle downtown on their own. Very convenient.

Practically ski in and out location

Location is very convenient for skiing. Just walk 50 yards up the street shortcut to slopes by gondola. This is practically ski in/out. Taking shuttle actually more hiking. Condo itself very nice all here. Stayed with kids, bedrooms walkout to garage so for skiing this is very nice. Heated garage access for ski storage. Nice kitchen and upstairs living room. Kitchen equity for cooking for basics cookin. This is good location to few local bars, grocery store just 1/2 block. Retaurants at ski base are 3 min walk. Nice pool with spacious 2 hot baths. The whole facility is very nice, I stayed there before. I would definitely stay again anytime. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Great Steamboat location

The condo was neat and clean, with extra linens and pillows in the closets and cupboards. We enjoyed the short (but icy) walk to the gondola across the street. Hot tubs, and pool were great, but you have to avoid the time right after lifts close, and after dinner to get one to yourself. Bring/buy ALL your own food & spices- there isn't anything edible (not even salt & pepper) except coffee. Very little light for reading in the living room.

Great location (short walk to the Gondola), comfortable accommodations.

The property has a full kitchen, dining room table, additional seating at the bar area, living room with a gas fireplace, three full bathrooms, and good WiFi. It was a very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Parking in the unit's garage was very convenient. Also, everything worked. I enjoyed my stay there and would come back again. The only minor downside was that the bathrooms are a bit dated.

The listing advertised $205 per night, but with hidden costs, the final price was more than double that. The space was nice, but not worth the cost

Loved seeing the gondola from the condo! Shuttle to/from ski area base and to/from town was so convenient. The unit was nicely furnished and the perfect size for the 4 of us.
