Guest access
We've arranged for your convenience 24-hour access to the house using a personal access/group code. This access is available from your check-in time starting at 4:00 pm until your check-out time at 10:00 am.

If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, we'll do our best to fulfill these requests, please be aware that availability may be limited based on the check-in or check-out schedules of our future or current guests. Also there is a $25 fee associated with each.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have outdoor cameras that record throughout all reservations. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to ensure your stay is secure and enjoyable.

Other things to note
Please be aware of the following fees to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $10 per night for each guest beyond 4.
2. Pet Fee: For your furry friends, our pet fee is based on the number of nights and pets. We charge $25 per night for the first pet, up to a maximum of $250 per month. Each additional pet incurs a fee of $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 each. Please limit the number of pets to a maximum of two (2).
