Leave your cares behind while in this beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom ground level condo in the West Hyde Community of Kingston Plantation. Relax with your coffee in the mornings and afternoons on the 400 sq. feet double deck furnished with handsome patio furniture. You will enjoy watching the squirrels in the lush landscapes and quiet surroundings of Kingston Plantation. The well-appointed kitchen offers full size new appliances, including washer and dryer. There's lots of counterspace and kitchen essentials are perfectly stocked for the days you want to prepare a full meal and enjoy family style eating in the dining area or on the deck. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with new kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, can opener and waffle maker. This spacious 1st floor, 1556 sq ft living space villa is decorated beautifully. The floors are hardwoods and tile. The Master bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen TV with a walkout deck. The master bath has glass shower doors and a double vanity sink. One guest bedroom has two queen beds with a flat screen TV and sliding glass doors to an outside sitting area. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds with a flat screen TV and spacious closet.
The living room has a comfortable couch with a cuddler chaise, two recliners and large flat screen TV over the electric fireplace. The sliding glass doors lead to a large double deck. Plantation blinds are throughout the villa. Your reservation includes all bed and bath linens plus paper products. ust minutes from Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing and Bass Pro Shops Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre master planned oceanfront gated community. West Hyde Park is nestled within towering oaks, pine and magnolia, beside a freshwater lake, the private community has beautifully maintained grounds, and is a short walk (@5-8 minutes) to the beach. PLEASE NOTE: VRBO guests do Not have use of the Embassy Suites' pool decks or Splash Waterpark. However, you have access to two Kingston Plantation Master Association pools, the the Beach Club Pool located between north and South Hampton and the pool located across the footbridge between St. James Park and Gloucester Terrace. Wonderful place to stay. Takes around 6-7 minute walk to the beach, which is mostly shaded so a pleasant walk. The pools were smaller, but not crowded which was perfect for my family. The room was very clean and spacious. I spoke with the host on the phone and she was very sweet and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Place was clean except I found a Palmetto bug in where dishes were and had to kill it. Also despite the thermostat set at our desire temperature the air conditioning shut off every night when we went to sleep causing our rooms to get hot even if I lowered the thermostat like it was programmed not to run at night was weird

Summer vacay

Love Kingston resort! 2nd time staying at Kingston but 1st time at Hyde Park. Place was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked! We love the quiet and concenience to the beach, pool, and shopping. Also love the ice cream place right outside of the resort. Get the apple blossom! Can't wait to come back.

Absolutely perfect stay!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this establishment. I have been staying at Kingston Plantation for YEARS since I was young and I am not a 33 year old mom of two (ages 1.5 and 3.5). This location was perfect for our family. We ended up renting a golf cart just for ease (with the kids) to the beach and pool, but I cannot say enough about the condo itself. The beds were comfortable, the property was clean, check in was easy, and all the amenities including were great. Thanks so much for a great stay! We are hoping to book again next year!

Family Vacation

The property was in a good location, and the furnishings were comfortable as advertised. We have stayed at Kingston Plantation Resort for 3 years now. This condo in Hyde Park was a short walk to the pool a beach. We were disappointed in the changes to the amenities this season. In the past our rental owners were able to provide us with wristbands that provided access to all the pools and the fitness center within the resort, this year that was not the case. It is my understanding that there was a big change with the opening of the water park and Currents requiring the owners to buy in to gain access. Not all owners did, this limits the access to only the pool nearest the condo. At this time day passes cannot be purchased for the water park or the pools, in order to access the water park you must be renting through Hilton/Embassy/Currents Resort. The other change I noticed was in the security, this is a gated community. In the past when entering you were required to provide a confirmation number and unit or address where you would be staying to gain entry. When we arrived this year we were handed a 1 day pass and sent on our way without them even questioning anything because Currents was having a concert, anyone can now get access.

Great Weekend Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Kingston Plantation. Everyone was comfortable and there was definitely enough room for the five of us. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Really nice ground level condo.

Great location from the beach. You can walk or drive to the beach and park free in the hotel parking lot. We did both. Lots of shopping and other activities in the surrounding area. We really enjoyed the Pirates Voyage dinner show and the Rigley's Aquarium. Loved the decor in the condo and communication with the owners was easy.

Beautiful property

Everything about this property was perfect. Beautiful and exactly as pictured. Nice resort and house is in a quiet section. Golf cart rental was definitely helpful for quick and easy access around the resort. Owners were quick to respond but really didn’t need much. Bug spray and a citronella candle is needed if you want to sit outback but definitely beautiful scenery. Would stay here again for sure.

Great condo for families

This was a great condo for our blended family. Plenty of room for everyone. Quiet location and resort. Walk to the beach was easy and not far. Only issue we could t get the WiFi to work. I messaged the host but received no response. Cell phone had coverage but my hot spot on my phone did not work well for my laptop. Well stocked kitchen, better than most I’ve stayed in. Nicely decorated and the back deck was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property in a lovely setting.

This is a very well maintained property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The surrounding property is full of large shade trees which makes sitting on the deck very pleasant. The owners are very nice and reached out to us to make sure all was well - which we really appreciated.

Great place!

We rented for the week while my son played in a baseball tournament. Perfect location for our family. Rented a golf cart just to haul our beach gear, but didn't mind the walk.

We had a great time!

Kingston Plantation is a lovely community. The rental unit was very nice and spacious. Golf cart rental recommended for easy quick trip to access the beach. Beaches were amazing. Had some trouble getting the WIFI to work but overall stay was enjoyable.

Great rental

We had a great stay at this property in August 2021. The condo is in great shape and had all the amenities we needed. The walk to the beach was easy (even my two year old twins and five year old did it without any complaints). There is a great pool about a 2 min walk from the condo that the kids all loved. It's a short drive to Barefoot Landing and maybe a 15 min drive to Broadway at the Beach. It really is close to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here!

About The Area
The Kingston Plantation is one of the premier resorts in Myrtle Beach. This area is in Arcadian Shores, which is in the very Northern park of the city of Myrtle Beach. The resort is close to Restaurant Row, the Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Shopping, Shows, Golf and many family activities.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

There are also restaurants and a Starbucks within the resort. If you are venturing out of the resort, you have a short drive to Restuarant Row and North Myrtle Beach. North Myrtle beach has a newly opened water park, shopping and can be a vacation within inself. While in town you would want to visit Broadway at the Beach which features Ripley's Believe it or Not, and Aquarium. This water front resort is one of the premier family attractions at the Beach. You will find restaurants, shops, activites and wildlife all at Broadway. Across from Broadway at the Beach is a Racing Car Track for children and adults, Top Golf, as well as a Wax Museum. Going further down off of 17 is the Market Commons, a higher end shopping experience that also includes wonderful restaurants and a movie theater. This is also where the Ripkin Ball Field is for the baseball tournaments.
