Little Piece of Paradise

Fort Walton Beach/ Okaloosa Island is just beautiful! I love my condo at the Nautilus. It is a 2/bedroom 2/bath condo.... “Side Unit” with great beach views. I have owned my condo since 2002 and I have return guest year after year. Once you visit this area… You will want to come back for sure! The beaches are magical with their white powder sand and beautiful blue turquoise Gulf water. I guess that’s why they call it the Emerald Coast area.

I know how important it is to have a fully stocked kitchen, so many of my guests are very appreciative of all of items I provide. I even have an under the counter ice maker machine so you have extra ice for your cooler. Of course the refrigerator freezer also makes ice.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed and bunks for the little ones. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. Plus, I have a Washer and Dryer inside the condo! :-)

Beach service for 2 is provided during your stay (March - October), and I also have additional folding beach chairs in the little closet near the entrance area. There are some fun little sand toys for the kids in that closet. I would love to have you come and stay at my Little Piece of Paradise.

Great condo for our family vacation. Had everything we needed. Loved that we were right on the beach and able to go back and forth from pool to the beach easily. If we go back to Fort Walton Beach we will definitely stay here again!

What a peaceful spot to stay! The view off the balcony give a nice shot of the gulf. The beach with chair service was perfect! The condo was very comfortable with everything you need from a stocked kitchen to extra bedding. We found everything about our stay to be wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The beach view was beautiful, and the location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool and the beachside chair service, which was such a nice convenience and made enjoying the beach even more relaxing.The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had plenty of living space and everything we needed for our family to comfortably stay for a week. We truly appreciated having all the necessary items and thoughtful amenities right there in the condo.The owner was wonderful to work with! She was extremely helpful, responsive, and prompt with communication. Any questions we had were answered quickly, which made the entire stay easy and stress-free.We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!

Stay was great unfortunately there was workmen and equipment directly outside the balcony and we were unable to enjoy that space.

So sorry to hear the repairs were still going on during your stay. The association at the Nautilus had emailed and said that repairs would be completed before your arrival. Sorry… I did not know.

Great condo for relaxing vacation!

Nice location away from the main road. Condo has view of the ocean, nice balcony to sit in the morning hours. Nice size pool for afternoon sun and access to the beach. Restaurants and convenience store nearby.

Made for a Great time with the grandkids.

The condo was very roomy and well stocked. The host was awesome and answered questions in just a few minutes. Easy access to the pool and beach.

Host was very prompt in responding with all the information needed for the stay. The whole process was extremely easy. The location is great as it's convenient to everything we enjoy doing while we are there. The condo was well equipped and clean and the view from the balcony was very nice. As always we enjoyed our stay. You just can't beat the beautiful clear water and soft white sand beach.

A little slice of paradise!

The condo was roomy, the kitchen was well stocked, the master bedroom was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent location, easy access to the pool and to the ocean. Would highly recommend this rental. We plan to visit again real soon!

The pool was so dirty Saturday and Sunday hair floating in it bugs food it was disgusting then Mon it was clean but leaking water I could stand in 6ft with no problem someone told office they came out and saw it but no one had noticed before that because it’s like the place runs it’s self elevators were broke most of the time one or the other or sometimes both and they never spray off deck of pool sand is piled up everywhere around the pool condo was dirty tables had dust and crumbs on the splatters on tv and tv stand was so dirty u could write your name on it refrigerator out side dirty finger prints on it I had to clean it and the sinks in kitchen were dirty cleaned them balcony haven’t been swept and kitchen floor living room floor had sand on them we swept up moved coffee table and there were pretzels under it and dirt only thing good was bed was comfortable and it was quite at night no I would not stay here again and we have been in the area all up and down the pan handle for 25 years are more every summer couches need replaced old and not comfortable they look dirty and chair on balcony are not comfortable for older ppl mirrors on walls need cleaned everything could use a good dusting in the condo but the hot water was hot bed was good and quiet

Hi Martha, I’m so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your vacation. I read your review and I will talk with the board members about your concerns about the pool and other issues. As far as the condo… I sincerely apologize if it was not cleaned properly. I know my housekeeper has been having a few health issues lately, but I will definitely share the information you provided. I try and update furniture and belongings for the condo, but some renters are not as observant over their spills and taking care of the furniture. Okaloosa Island is just breathtaking! When you drive down to the condo you got the beach to the left side of you and the beautiful intercoastal waters to the right of you. There is much to do in this area, especially… If you love the beach and water. This is a great family area, and there is a 25 years of age requirement in order to rent at the Nautilus.
