We charge a pet fee of $145 per pet/stay/cleaning. Any damage or complaint in the property due to bringing your pet(s) can be reflected in extra charges or cancellation. Please let us know when you're bringing them, if you bring more than one pet, the platform automatically collect's the first pet's fee, so we'll collect the additional pet fees separately.
-This property has a self-checkin.
-Parking is in a first-come, first-serve basis.
-We have internet TV with Hulu, Netflix and live Xfinity TV which you can get to from the Roku homepage, you must use your own credentials to login in these platforms.
Check-out is at 11:00AM (strictly enforced), if you need more time please inquiry in advance, fees apply.
*RAINSTORM or HURRICANE POLICY:
No refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane
Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
