When you feel like taking a break from the mountain, enjoy some of the many relaxing activities available to guests. Indulge in a good soak in the community hot tub or play a game of Ping-Pong or air hockey in the game room. Find some luxurious alone time in the fitness center or simply crack open a good book on the suite's private balcony. Use the kitchen to whip up a late-night snack during a movie marathon with friends before turning in for a restful night's sleep.

The Canteen Tap House and Tavern, Downstairs at Eric's, and Flip Side Breckenridge are all great restaurants to check out any time you want a delicious après-ski meal between ski runs. You'll love the unique shops and eateries you find at Street Station, La Cima Mall, and Towne Square Mall. Head over to downtown's Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court.

Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning.
The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
