Summary:
100 year old historic building completely remodeled in the mid 2000s. Enjoy the 20ft ceilings, exposed brick, and modern layout. Location, Location, Location, you will be able to walk just about anywhere downtown Indy.

The Space:
Master bedroom - King bed with in suite bathroom. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style
Bedroom 2 - Two Queen beds. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Room - 1 Queen bed with in suite bathroom. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style
Bedroom 4 - Loft via a ladder with a floor queen mattress and a 5 foot clearance.

Both bathrooms can only be accessed via two of the bedrooms.

Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.
Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 foot.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost anywhere. Pacers bike share and Uber are other options. The main downtown bus station is 2 blocks walking.

Other Things to Note:
Note: The fourth bedroom is an upstairs loft (to access you have to walk up the stair ladder in the condo). While the condo has a very high ceiling, the 4th bedroom in the upstairs loft is not standing height.
Please note this listing is in the middle of downtown and there is a chance for noise during weekends or events on Georgia street.
Please note this condo is loft style and the walls do not extend all the way up to the ceiling.
Please note the two bathrooms are connected to bedrooms.

Excellent location. Space was perfect for gathering with family and friends. Close to everything. Parking was very convenient and safe. Instructions were very clear and communication was adequate!

Everything inside the property was great—nice, clean, and exactly as we imagined. We really appreciated the space. The only issues we experienced were things completely outside of the host’s control.The elevators were down for a couple of days, so we had to use the stairs. We had someone in our group with a bum foot, so they didn’t leave the room as often due to the difficulty. There was also very loud construction starting around 4:00 AM; at times the building would shake and the constant backup beepers made it hard to sleep.On our last night, someone was unfortunately shot very close to the building entrance, which was scary for the younger ones. Again, none of these issues were the host’s fault, but they did affect the overall experience and made the stay just okay.

The condo was very clean, spacious and conveniently located downtown. There is plenty to do within walking distance so you don’t have to worry about parking. Highly recommend and plan to stay again!

Amazing

The stay was fantastic! The room was wonderful. Very very spacious area. Perfect place to walk to all of the arenas and convention center. Tons of food options as well from hometown places to chain restaurants all within a 0-5 minute walk. We had an issue with the microwave and the host brought us a new one within an hour. The cost was a little higher than a few of the similar properties but it is well well worth it!

❤️❤️❤️ Georgia St Condo!! Way better than any hotel!! If you’re looking to stay in Indy near the action definitely choose Georgia St!! The directions they provided for parking, entry in building, etc were super easy to follow!! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on communication! The kitchen is large & open with plenty of seating. The shuffleboard table was super fun too! Can’t recommend this place enough!! Thanks for providing such a great stay, guys!! Carrie

Steelers at Colts Game

This place is within walking distance of everywhere you need to go in downtown Indianapolis. The housing sleeps 10 and is setup nicely to accommodate a large group. Our host, Austin, was excellent with communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Great aparement, Prefect location.

I've stayed in this building, rented from these hosts multiple times. Every time has been a great experience. The home was clean, and communication is great. It's easy to get into the apartment, and quickly settle in like I'm at home. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well appointed. I'll definitely be back

Review

The check in was easy but there were issues with communication. Additional parking was requested and wasn't informed until the day of that they had no extra parking. There were minor issues with the apartment which were communicated to the property owner with no response. Nonetheless, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the shuffle board was fun to play with! The white noise machines were appreciated given the open ceilings.

Location & Comfort in one place!

I've staying at the Meridian Lofts 3 times now and the location can't be beat, just a few blocks from literally everything (Lucas Oil, St. Elmo's, Gainbridge, etc.). The building is easily accessible and always clean & quiet. No complaints at all! I will book here again when traveling to Indy!

Wonderful Experience

The location was perfect for us as it within walking distance to the train station, YMCA, restaurants, and Monument Circle. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Best of all, communication with the host was easy.

In the heart of the action

Great property in the heart of the action close to many restaurants and activities. It is on the main drag and you will be hear traffic throughout the night. communication was great. Overall very happy with the property and it’s cleanliness.

Perfect Property

This property was incredible for my family. We were within steps for a Colts game, a Pacers game, an Escape Room adventure, and the mall. We had endless food and night life options. And the property worked for us perfectly! Couldn’t ask for more !

Great weekend in Indy

We spent a nice time with family to celebrate Christmas and attend a basketball game. The condo is perfect. We were able to park once and walk everywhere we wanted to go.

A perfect spot

What a great place, had masses of character, and I only wished I had stayed longer. It is exactly as you see on the pics and the place was spotless. If you happen to be looking for a place in Indianapolis for a group then this is the spot.
