The Space:

Bedroom 1 - When you walk in the unit, the master bedroom will be right on your left. This bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom style with Bedroom 2. However there are two full bathrooms downstairs incase both bedrooms want their own.



Bedroom 2 - Two queens and located on the first floor right off the kitchen. This bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom style with Bedroom 1. However there are two full bathrooms downstairs incase both bedrooms want their own.



Bedroom 3 - When you walk up the stairs, make a right and this large bedroom has two queens that over look the living room. The over look can be closed with curtains. Shares a jack and jill bathroom with bedroom 4. The shower and tub are separate from the sink and toilet so multiple people can be in the bathroom.



Bedroom 4 - When you walk up the stairs, go straight back down a hallway and this large bedroom has two queens. The entrance to the hallway is a curtain but this bedroom is very private. Shares a jack and jill bathroom with bedroom 3. The shower and tub are separate from the sink and toilet so multiple people can be in the bathroom.



Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.

Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.

Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 foot.

Fantastic place to stay! The property was very well kept and exactly as described. It had easy, convenient access, which made coming and going a breeze. We loved that it was within walking distance to lots of great places, so we hardly needed to drive. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Guys Trip

Nice property within walking distance to everything we were doing, really short walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse for our show. Parking is also close by.

Work stay

We came for a convention and staying here allowed out team to with together and have down time in one place. It also saved us a bunch of money over individual hotel rooms.

This place is really nice walking distance to see a colts game or a Fever game plenty of night life and restaurants! The place is super secure clean and can handle a lot of people the only concern with staying here if you are traveling with a lot of older folks the loft stairs are pretty steep but i would for sure stay here again!

This spacious loft is in a great location downtown; very close to the sporting venues and the convention center. It was a comfortable stay for our family of 5 adults and had plenty of room for more people. The hosts communicated clearly and often.

Great place to stay

The condo was great for what we needed and the group was easy to work with. Couple minor negatives - outside noise was loud on Friday night and Sat night, but that's to be expected in downtown and worth it for the tradeoff of being able to walk most places. Couple minor repairs need to be made, but nothing that affected the stay. Would stay again and recommend.

Olympic trials visit

We stayed for 9 nights to attend swimming Olympic trials which were held at Lucas Oil stadium. It was the perfect location to walk back and forth. Everyone had plenty of space. There were also good restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again!

Great Location!

Loved this place! The location was perfect, right about Kilroy’s Restaurant and Bar. We ended up getting late night appetizers there a couple times cuz their kitchen is open till 12:30am! There is an electric scooter drop-off site right next door as well which made transportation convenient. The unit was beautiful and unique. I highly recommend!

This place is dirty. Please clean.

The pics are accurate but this place is dirty. I wouldn’t go so far to say filthy dirty. And I didn’t want to sit on some of the chairs because of stains or the sofa. The towels needed a good cleaning and dusting everywhere. Like large dust bunnies over your head. I attempted to use the clean dark makeup towel and d make.up came out when I wetted it. I would not stay again.

Great comfortable spot

We came in for the grande nationals band competition with grandparents in tow. This spot worked out well for a location near the convention center and lucas oil stadium. plenty of spots to eat nearby. the elevator was great with the handicaped grandmothers. Parking was a little bit down the way but not too bad. We got an extra spot and they made it easy to arrange that. Beds were comfortable. the couch and table area were very comfortable. Wifi worked great and roku tv was easy to use. Coffee maker with k kups was also nice to have already there. The club nearby can get a little loud late in the evening but that just comes with the territory. Check in instructions were very thourough and easy to understand. The owners were very responsive.

Great Location

The appartment was nice and really well located. The cleanliness was not as good as we expected. When we arrive, there was a bas smell coming from the fridge. I had to buy vinegar and clean it. The bottom drawer was full of dirty waterand it caused the bad smell. There were also stains on the upstairs bathroon floor and the blinds in the living room and the common area really need to be cleaned. Otherwise, everything was ok.

Wonderful location in downtown Indy!

We rented this space for an adult sibling (plus spouses) reunion. Most of us had grown up in Indy but moved away. We'd never had the chance to stay and play downtown! This centrally located townhouse was perfect as we spent time on the Cultural Trail, in the museums and just gathered around the huge table, enjoying each other's company. Our host, Austin, and property manager, Hunter, were wonderfully communicative, making the entire experience comfortable and memorable.

Girls Weekend in Indy

My sisters, mom, and I enjoyed our girls weekend in this downtown loft, and it was everything it was advertised to be. We loved the renovated warehouse environment with exposed beams and brick, and iron staircase. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us with two bedrooms up and two down. The beds were firm and comfortable, the towels were thick white & fluffy. The owners and property manager were very responsive, and communication was excellent. They reached out over the weekend to make sure we didn’t need anything or have any questions. We weren’t going to Lucas Oil Stadium, and this wasn’t a nightclub/bar weekend, we just love being in a city. If you like those things I can’t imagine a better location and value for such a hip space. We were reminded this was indeed Indianapolis by the engine noise as hot rods and Harleys cruised the downtown circuit while revving their engines late into the night. Up on the fourth floor we could hear it, but with the windows closed it was muffled and more a flavor of the city than an annoyance. The parking ramp was a nice bonus and while a block away, was super easy to use. After a long weekend of laughter and fun memories, five out of five of us recommend renting this place, and we’d happily rent again from Austin and Davis.

Great location for downtown Indy

It allowed us to gather adult siblings and spouses/partners for a family Thanksgiving. The location allowed us to walk to various restaurants.
