Charming 90-square-meter house with a 300-square-meter enclosed garden in a quiet neighborhood, with two parking spaces. Located 600 meters from the megaliths, it can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The rental requires a minimum stay of 3 nights during the off-season and one week during the summer.
You can walk to the town of Carnac, where you’ll find all the shops, bakeries, a butcher shop, a fish market, a pharmacy, doctors’ offices, the tourist office, restaurants, and a market held twice a week—on Wednesdays and Sundays—all year round.
The house offers a comfortable, functional, bright, and cozy interior with a modern touch and high-quality bedding. Pets are allowed under certain conditions.
Sheets, bath towels, and linens are provided, and the beds are made just before your arrival.
The house features the following on the first floor:
- living room with a large-screen LG TV, dining room with a fireplace, and a very well-equipped open kitchen, including an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, range hood, 12-place-setting dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Nescafé electric coffee maker, filter coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, sandwich toaster, and seafood cutlery.

- One bathroom with a sink and shower; the toilet is separate.
In the garage, there is a laundry area with a washing machine and a 9-kg dryer.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a sink, bathtub, and toilet, plus storage
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed, including storage and a desk
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), with a closet
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a dresser
- 1 baby crib and a Chico high chair are available
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
There are 4 adult bicycles in the garage that you can use for free to explore the surrounding area.
Garden furniture is available for your use, as well as a barbecue. (large table, 12 chairs, 4 lounge chairs, 1 umbrella)
The large beaches of Carnac and Legenèse are located 2 km from the house; the Anse du Pô, with its oyster farms, is 1 km away—you can enjoy fresh seafood there year-round. Plouharnel is 2 km away, with the surfing beaches (Mentor, Sainte-Barbe, La Guérite) just 5 km away; the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer is 5 km away; Quiberon is 17 km away; Auray and the port of St. Goustan are 12 km away; the Gulf of Morbihan is 15 km away; and there’s a golf course and a tree-top adventure park in Ploemel, 7 km away.
