This spacious apartment is located within the Bowen Motel property, but it is its own separate, fully private apartment unit rather than a standard motel room or suite.

It is a much larger accommodation featuring:
• 3 bedrooms
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Living room and dining area
• Private entrance
• Separate layout from the standard motel guestrooms

With three bedrooms, two private bathrooms, and a spacious layout, the apartment comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the master bedroom includes a queen bed plus two twin beds—ideal for families or groups.

Enjoy four 40" HD TVs with DirecTV’s extended package and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests still have access to the convenience of being on the motel property and close to downtown Moab, while the apartment itself feels much more like a private condo or townhome-style stay.

We absolutely loved this apartment and especially the private patio. What a great place to sit and have coffee or a beverage. The inside is older but so charming and has lots of character. It also has its own designated parking spaces which was great. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the host was fantastic to communicate with and took care of all of our needs/requests. This is a great place to stay, is very conveniently located and the host is great!! Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will stay here as well if we ever get back to Moab!

Great location in town and jumping point to explore Arches, Canyonland and Capitol Reef National Parks! Our family enjoyed the living space, especially the large dining room table.

Apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture and beds. It is perfectly located downtown so we could walk to everything. Tyson was very communicative and really helpful whenever I had a question prior to our arrival. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Moab!

This is a major upgrade over the motel itself. includes three very usable bedrooms (with 5 bed total) and lots of common space. we spent our evenings on the patio watching the other tourists walk up and down the street.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. For female solo travelers it was nice to have the extra security of the hotel office adjacent. Very spacious and clean, super comfortable. Location walkable to all of downtown. The apartment had everything we could possibly need.

We did not cook anything so we did not use the kitchen essentials. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo etc. Did not use the washer or dryer. Check in and out was easy and convenient. Great location on Main Street. Easy access to many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We loved the location of this property. We could easily walk to restaurants.The space was perfect for 4 adults and two kids with plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Our kids swam in the heated pool in october and loved it.

This worked great for our activities in Arches National park and Canyonlands. Easy access right off main st. Noise wasn’t an issue. I loved the large kitchen and cleanliness of the place. Would stay again.

The apartment is in a separate building from the rest of the motel. It is attached to the office. It is very roomy and it has its own parking. The location is amazing because of the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. I would recommend it for a larger group or family!

The host was very responsive to any questions. The apartment is in a perfect location in downtown Moab. It was very roomy, and the Bowen Motel staff were responsive to any of our needs. We had 2 parking spaces reserved for us. I would definitely use it again.
