We’ve tried to supply everything you would possibly need during your stay. All linens are provided as well as beach equipment, baby/children’s gear, entertainment, kitchen supplies, paper goods, and even dog bowls! Just pack your clothes and toiletries- your vacation is waiting for you.

Inside you will find all of the amenities of home including a comfortable living area with leather sofa and a flat screen TV, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, large comfortable master bedroom with king bed and a newly renovated private bath, and second bedroom with two twin beds (can be converted to a king) also with a renovated private bath.

There are 3 flat screen televisions as well as DVD player, DVDs, books, and games for the kids and their parents. Nature provides the rest...sunshine, sand & surf, and blue skies. What more could you ask for?

** PET FRIENDLY ** Well-behaved house-trained dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with $90 fee. It’s cheaper than a kennel! (Sorry, no cats.)

All in-season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Out-of-season rentals are available for shorter periods of time.

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. To hold your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required. Balance is due 30 days before arrival.

A security deposit in the amount of $300 is also required. This deposit will be fully refunded within 2-3 weeks after your departure, provided there is no loss or damage. State of SC tourism tax is 11% and will be added to your rental fee.

We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent for entire rental period.
