GLORY RIVIERA is a sublime private apartment, located in the 1st level of a former "Belle Epoque" house. This facility is registered as a historical monument and has received the label of "Heritage of the 20th century". It is located in the city center, a few steps from the sea.



The decoration is contemporary. You will appreciate the high quality materials used such as the natural wood of the parquet and furniture and the elegant fabrics such as the linen of the cushions and the satin armchairs.

The relief wallpaper with refined colors, the framed artworks and the filament bulbs bring a design touch in vogue.

A wonderful seven weeks in Nice

This apartment has a perfect location near rue Gambetta. Great kitchen, shower and bed. Extremely clean and well appointed in all rooms. Being in an older building the floor plan was a little quirky, but not really limiting. Great Stay!

Lovely little apartment

It is in a great location short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, bakeries and breakfast spots nearby. Quick replies from the hosts for any questions we had. Highly recommend

Nice Apartment in Nice

The apartment is very well equipped, especially the kitchen which I appreciated since I was there for a month. My only disappointment was that it got very little sunshine during the day and felt cold. Otherwise it was lovely. Location was perfect and I loved the neighborhood.

Excellent part of Nice

The apartment was very well equipped and well furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was quiet enough to have the windows open at night. Excellent kitchen with dishwasher and lots of china and glasses for two people. Huge tv lovely during a February holiday, as were the efficient heaters. Our only disappointment was the lack of natural light in the living room. You have to have the lights on all the time.

Le Belle Epoch is the Belle of the Rivera

Walking along the street, the villa in which the apartment resides sticks out among the 4-5 story buildings around it. Nestled on the corner, surrounded by greenery, the yellow and tan building with its ornate gate and decorative facade immediately evoke the time period of the building's name sake. We were in the apartment a day before I discovered a placard above the front door in scrolling font "Le Belle Epoch". That feeling carries through the main foyer when you first enter the building, with its tile floor and its spiral marble stair case with ornate railing and stained glass window. The apartment is located on the ground floor but the neighborhood is generally quite, being a few blocks up from the main tourist avenues. For anyone coming from a cooler more northern climate like us (Canada) the AC works and is clean! We've stayed in other places along the north-western part of the Med, where this is certainly not the case. The apartment its self is as advertised. The bed is comfortable and the linens were of a good quality. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. Very clean and well maintained. Well stocked with dishes and cutlery. All the appliances work well. The app instructions are very detailed and helped get us settled in very quickly.

Appartement luxueux bien situe mais un peu sombre

L'appartement est bien situe dans un quartier calme et résidentiel, à 7 mns de la mer (rue du Negresco). La decoration est tres soignée et de bon gout. L'appartement est tres calme (pas de bruits extérieurs). La piece de vie (salon) est tres sombre donc les lumières doivent toujours etre allumées. L'autre bémol est que contrairement aux autres locations saisonnières, aucun kit de démarrage n'est fourni ni capsules Nespresso, ni tablettes machine a laver, ni Sopalin, ni huile vinaigre, sel, sucre... Et arrivant lors d'un week-end férié, c'est assez gênant.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement très bien situé et équipé.

La situation géographique de l’appartement: quartier résidentiel historique, cossu et tranquille, à proximité de la mer et des secteurs de visites. La superficie, la disposition des pièces et la qualité de l’équipement de l’appartement. Quant à la qualité de service de l’équipe de Nestor & Jeeves: excellente. Nos demandes ont toujours été prises en compte rapidement et avec attention. Tout a été au-delà de nos attentes! Nous n’excluons pas la possibilité de revivre cette expérience. BON LOGEMENT

bon emplacement , logement au calme très appréciable pour les grasses matinées , superbe bâtiment ancien très bien situé au centre de Nice , cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle . logement très sombre manque malheureusement de fenêtres , il faudrait vraiment améliorer l'éclairage , ou repeindre les murs en blancs .
