This modern 72 m² flat, located on the first floor (without lift), is composed of :
- a comfortable and tastefully decorated living room,
- a bedroom with a double bed and a view on the garden without opposite,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a view on the garden without opposite,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)
- a bathroom with shower,
- washing machine, hair dryer, fan, ironing facilities,
- baby bed, high chair,
- Wi-Fi, TV, stereo system.

→ A door is currently damaged and cannot be locked. Repairs are underway. The repair is more complex due to the door's custom manufacturing.

With a metro station just 1 minute walk away, you are in the ideal location to easily discover Marseille and all its tourist sites, while remaining in a quiet area. Close to many places of interest such as the Stade Velodrome, the Chanot and Borély parks or the Prado beach, you will be able to explore Marseille by all means. Just 5 minutes away by metro, you can easily reach the historical centre of Marseille and the Vieux Port, or go and explore the Calanques. In addition to the various museums of the city (including the MuCEM), you can easily reach, thanks to transport, the various activities of Marseille, its markets and its beautiful squares with Mediterranean colours. Thus, you will be able to reach the Cours Julien, the Place Castellane, the Basilica Notre-Dame de la Garde, the beaches, or the Centre Bourse, where you will find the Marseille History Museum. So you won't be short of anything to explore the Phocaean city!
