Maison au Coeur du Mourillon à Toulon à 2 pas des Plages

We offer weekly rentals of our Toulon residence. The house is nestled in the heart of the authentic Mourillon district, only 5 minutes walk from the beaches and a stone's throw from the rue Lamalgue, its many shops, bars, restaurants...

Villa Elisabeth is a warm family home, built in 1910. It has been renovated taking care to preserve the charm and cachet of the old: cement tiles, terracotta tiles, wrought iron balustrades... it therefore offers modern comfort while retaining its authenticity. Its living area is 140m² with a sunken garden of 170m². The house is very well soundproofed and surprises with its space, thus preserving the calm and privacy of its occupants. It can accommodate up to 9 people comfortably. Air conditioning on the main level and individual fans in each bedroom on the upper level.

At the main level:
Dining room and large living room with fiber internet point with Wifi throughout the house; television also allowing you to connect to your MyCanal, Amazon video, Netflix etc. accounts.; a bedroom with a double bed (new Emma bedding), dressing room and private bathroom (walk-in shower); a modern, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer and Nespresso; a large terrace with table and lounge for aperitifs with friends.

At the next level:
2 bedrooms with double bed and storage space; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds communicating with another bedroom with 1 single bed and storage; 1 family bathroom (bath/shower) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

All rooms have a desk.

The garden is accessed from the outside of the house or directly by an internal staircase leading to a cellar with a 2nd refrigerator. You will have a large gas barbecue, garden furniture and a dining area protected from the sun by the terrace.

The area is very busy in the summer and if there is no (free) parking space on the street or in the adjacent streets, it is always possible to park in the large beach parking lot that is nearby and is also free.

The place is ideal for water sports: the Toulon Yacht Club is only 15 minutes walk away (sailing, kayaking, paddle, kite rental and courses), the Toulon Plongée club is 10 minutes away on foot. You can also learn or progress in kitesurfing in one of the many schools located on the mythical spot of Almanarre beach which is 25 minutes away by car.

Beyond the Mourillon, the house is an ideal base to criss-cross the coastal paths and discover a magnificent and varied region (the island of Porquerolles, Cassis and its creeks, Sanary, Le Castellet, La Cadière d'Azur, Saint Tropez 60km away...).

In case of a stay of more than one week, a weekly cleaning service is included in the rental at no extra cost.

Weekly rental, from Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 10 am. Rental possible for a long weekend (outside school holiday periods).
