The house is located in a property consisting of the owners' house and another gîte.

Fans of the great outdoors, this place will meet your desire for calm and nature.
5 minutes away, the river with supervised swimming in July and August.
15 minutes away, a magnificent lake (swimming, water sports, walks...)
All around: velorail, tree climbing, paintball, all-terrain centre, golf, safari, spa, tourist and cultural activities...
1 hour from Puy en Velay and St Etienne, 1 hour 15 minutes from Valence, 1 hour 30 minutes from Lyon.

On the 1st floor (50m2): living room, fitted kitchen, WC, bathroom, small closed terrace.
On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed, one with 2 single beds, one with 3 single beds.
Possibility of another single extra bed with supplement.
Central heating and enclosed terrace.
The stairs are steep, not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The cottage is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, barbecue, garden furniture, wood stove....

To be paid on site on the day of your arrival:
Bed linen options (12€ double bed and 10€ small bed) if you wish to rent them.
