Come stay in our BRAND NEW luxury townhome in Kure Beach. Built in 2020 (July), the home is entirely completed with luxurious finishes throughout. The home is elegantly furnished with brand new furniture. Professionally decorated by an interior decorator with exquisite details throughout the home. The open floor plan, high ceilings, and 2 master bedrooms make it a great place for families and friends to get together. The private elevator provides easy access to all 3 floors. Leave your bed linens and bath towels at home, since bed linens and bath towels are provided.
The home is located in a small private community with a tropical pool equipped with a bathroom, lounge chairs, and outdoor refrigerator. The pool is located right next to our unit, only steps away! * Pool is open from April 1st until Oct 31st, 2022 and is managed by property management team.
Step outside to the large deck located on the 3rd floor and enjoy the ocean air, partial views of the ocean, and surrounding beautiful oak trees that adorn this quaint community. A private deck is also located on the 2nd floor master suite.
The beach area is 3/4 miles south from the Kure Beach Pier, providing you more of an exclusive beach experience. The home is only a quick 4 minute walk to the closest public beach access. A beach cart is available for your use. In addition to, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and an assortment of beach toys. The home has an outdoor shower to help you wash away the sand after spending a day at the beach. The outdoor shower is located on the side of the house. Enjoy cooking and eating a grilled meal after a long day of exploring and having fun on the island. A grill is located in the garage for your use. Easily roll it to the driveway and grill away!
If you own a Tesla, you can now travel to Kure Beach without having to worry about where to charge! A Tesla charger is located inside the garage.
The location of the home has so much to offer since it's located on the south end of Kure Beach close to the Fort Fisher Historic Site and North Carolina Aquarium. You can rent bicycles and enjoy a beautiful ride through this historic area with views of Cape Fear River, drive your 4 x 4 vehicle onto the beach at the nearby access point, or take the ferry to the charming town of SouthPort and enjoy a stroll through the town while grabbing lunch at one of the local restaurants. The Kure Beach Pier/Boardwalk is less than 1mile away. There you can fish off the pier, play at the arcade, or grab a meal at one of the restaurants.

Bedroom 1: 1st floor Master Suite with King size Simmons Beautyrest mattress, Smart TV, and full size bathroom with double vanity and glass enclosed shower. Recently fitted with desk / desk chair for virtual schooling or "work from home".
Bedroom 2: 2nd floor Master Suite with King size Simmons Beautyrest Black mattress, Smart TV, and full size bathroom with double vanity and glass enclosed shower. Private deck overlooking the pool.
Bedroom 3: 2nd floor Bedroom with Queen size Simmons Beautyrest mattress, Smart TV, shared bathroom with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4: 2nd floor Bedroom with twin size bunkbeds, room is best suited for small kids, shared bathroom with bedroom 3.
KITCHEN/LIVING AREA:
Kitchen/Dining area: Fully equipped with all new appliances and kitchenware. You will have everything you need to prepare meals. The dining area offers plenty of seating. The dining table seats 6 and there are 4 stools located at the kitchen counter right next to the dining table. There is also a half bathroom located near the kitchen.
Great Room: Professionally decorated by an interior designer with style and comfort in mind. Furniture includes comfortable seating for 6 with a sofa, a recliner love seat, and a rocker. Enjoy watching a movie on a 50 inch Smart TV or listening to music with the Sonos Sound Beam. The sliding glass doors of the great room leads to a large outdoor deck with an outdoor sitting area to enjoy the ocean air.
You will also find many additional conveniences:
-Linens provided: Clean bedsheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels.
-Private Maytag washer and dryer
-Wifi, 1000MB High-speed
-Smart TV's equipped to allow you to sign in to your personal streaming accounts

Enjoyed our week. The home was perfectly adequate for our adult group. The elevator was helpful lifting luggage and groceries to the second and third floors which is where the bedrooms and main living spaces are. Lots of families with children and bachelor(êtte) groups during our week so the pool next door was well used and noisy. Overall a very good experience. The owners are very responsive and communicative. The beach access is easy.

great weekend stay
My family and I had a great weekend stay here. The house was very clean and appears as nice as it looks in the photos. Comfortable beds as well. Close walk to beach and short drive to lots of restaurants in Kure Beach. Didn’t spend time at the pool but it looked nice as well

Best Vacation Ever
We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Booking was easy and the host was very responsive to my questions prior to booking. Check in was a breeze and we had no issues during our stay. The location was perfect and we loved the proximity to the pool. At the end of our vacation, we all agreed it was the best vacation ever. We will certainly be back!

Amazing Stay!
Very spacious and beautiful home in safe neighborhood with direct access to a private pool and beach. The owner was a joy to work with and answered questions prior to and upon arrival. A highly recommended property. Our family is already discussing a return date.

Easter getaway
We had a lovely time in this rental. It is pristine and very well appointed. Fantastic location. Rented a golf cart for our stay, which I highly recommend. No complaints. Will definitely be back.

Family time at its best!!!
We had a great week with our son and daughter and their families. Perfect, beautiful and spacious house and location. Owners were very helpful suggesting restaurants and answering any of our questions. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Ada and Henry for sharing your home with us!!!!

Great family vacay!
Beautiful new townhome. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Kure Beach was a very short walk. We also rented a golf cart and it was a quick ride to Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher. It was also great to jump in the pool in the afternoon after returning from the beach. Owners are very friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful property in the perfect location
We had a wonderful month at this beautiful property and enjoyed every minute. Family and friends came and went and made us feel like we were home. Ada's home is very comfortable, nicely appointed, and will be serene as soon as construction on neighboring homes is completed. Located in the perfect place for a quick walk on the beach or a short drive to Fort Fisher State Recreation area, or Carolina Beach State Park for a nice birding walks. Overall a very nice, relaxing stay at a beautiful property.

This was a perfect place for a gathering and getaway .
We had parents , grandparents and grand kids. The living area was perfect for cooking, playing games , reading outside on the porch . The grand kids loved watching the colored lights in the pool at night . It was the most perfect design for a vacation . We loved the efficiency of the kitchen and the beach toys !!! Perfect !!

Awesome Property
We loved everything about this property. I would highly recommend it. It was clean and nicely decorated. We loved being right next door to the pool. The walk to the beach was pretty close and it was great that the owners provided some beach chairs and a wagon. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. We would definitely stay at Henry and Ada's place again.

Can't wait to stay again
Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The unit is beautifully designed/decorated and very comfortable. Close proximity to the pool, which our 3 year old loved. Included beach chairs and umbrella made our trip to the beach easy. Was nice having a garage to charge the golf cart we rented. Beautiful views from the top floor balcony. The house had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Looking forward to returning !

Family weekend in Kure Beach
Wonderful weekend at this beach house. Blinds on all the windows made bedrooms nice for sleeping. The two porches were great. Proximity to the aquarium was awesome for a rainy day.
The pool right next to the house was wonderful with young children. The baby monitor reaches to the pool and pack and play fits in the 2nd floor master closet! Beach access was very easy to navigate. Kure Beach had just enough going on but still quaint. Will be back for sure!

Great townhome, 5 adults and 2 children stayed, loved the provided beach cart. We didn't use the provided beach chairs but if we stayed again I would use them instead of bringing our own. The place was very clean, beds were soft and comfortable. The beds did need more pillows, only 2 pillows were provided per bed, for those used to sleeping with 2 pillows, id make sure to bring an extra. All towels (beach and bathroom) were provided which was nice! Kitchen was fairly well equipped, the can opener was broken, we just bought a new one and left it there. Beach is a short walk away, took about 5 minutes to walk there. We walked up to Jack Mackerel's one night which was maybe a 15-20 minute walk. Pool was clean and never got too crowded when we stayed the beginning of June. We had an issue with the code to get in and the owner was very quick at responding, which was great! I would stay here again, great place for a large group.

Perfect family vacation home
On our stay at Ada and Henry’s we had our new born, 5 year old and 18 year old daughter. The location of the home was directly next to the pool which was so awesome for us because we had three kids with all kinds of needs and we could get everything we needed from the house easily. The beach access was super close and with a golf cart rental you could easily drive there with it or walk with the wagon and all your things. The home itself was beyond beautiful and had everything we needed for cooking and movie nights when it rained. The bed was super comfortable in the king size sweet on the second floor. Thank you for creating the environment of my favorite location now for a family vacation!! Also please go to Britts Donuts because those donuts are so yummy!!

Everything was spot on!
The house was perfectly laid out for our family- Us- (the parents), our 2 daughters (19 & 21), 1 boyfriend and a friend- 6 total. The location to the pool was ideal- getting to the beach was easy, the neighbors were friendly and the area was conveniently located. I can’t say enough good things about the house- it’s spacious, beds were comfy, lighting was bright yet the darkening shades made for a great afternoon nap and sleeping in late (if you can) and the kitchen was clean and well equipped. Most important to us is an up to date look, good quality bed/bedding, cleanliness and spacious and it was all these things and more. Most definitely would choose to stay here again.

Our family fell in love with Kure Beach during a family vacation and we decided to make it a life long vacation experience for ourselves and others to enjoy. We enjoy running on the beach, building sand castles, cycling around Fort Fisher, visiting Kure Beach Pier/Boardwalk, and eating at local restaurants. We hope to take up surfing in the near future!
