Villa Hope er ferievillaen ud over det sædvanlige. Beliggende i det rolige og eksklusive område Pla del Mar i Moraira, Costa Blanca. Det er en 5 minutters gang til byen og 10 minutters gang til stranden.
Denne moderne villa har flere terrasser, alle med en fantastisk udsigt over havet og Calpe-klippen. En 11 meter lang infinity pool og en stor nedsænket sofadel. Udendørs bruser og et udendørs køkken med køleskab finder du også. I dette klassiske og fantastiske hus er det let at nyde livets gode.

Excellent property to stay with family or friends. I think this was or 3rd or 4th stay here.Easy walk into the village, where there are lots of bars, restaurants, shops etc. Infinity pool, modern facilities, ensuite rooms....what more could you ask for.

Excellent Villa

We had an excellent time at Villa Hope, the photos don’t do this place justice, it’s beautiful with stunning views over Moraira and the sea. The property is a 10 minute walk to the town centre and the area itself is quiet and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back!

Family holiday

Fantastic property. Had everything we wanted for a family of ten. The pool is amazing with fantastic views. Would definately recommend.

Villa was absolutely amazing! Fantastic views, gorgeous decor, well-thought out with plenty of utensils and amenities. Could not find fault with this place. Great location, walkable to the beach and shops. Check-in and out was made very easy with superb contact from owners reps. Would definitely recommend to others and will look to rebook again for next year. Thank you Pia and Rasa

Lovely Stay

We had a family vacation and everything was wonderful! Full kitchen, ease of contact, en-suites, bbq, pool and beautiful views. The pictures online don’t do it justice! Quick walk to town and the supermarket which is really helpful!

Perfect holiday

Lovely villa within a 10 minute stroll to the small town of Moraira, where you will find many shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. On arrival the check in process was easy, we met Rasa who showed us around the property. The villa is modern, clean and has everything you could need. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa.

A fantastic family villa

We stayed in this villa for a week and it was perfect. An amazing space for all the family. The pool was incredible and we could not fault it. The Villa was modern and provided all the mod-cons you could think of. It was extremely hot whilst we were there, but the air conditioning was fantastic. The view from the villa was stunning and I would not hesitate to rebook the villa again.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Hope. It was a whole family holiday and the villa was perfect for this. There was lots of room in the villa, with plenty of seating etc, and the outside area was perfect with lots of sun beds and seating for the whole party. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. The sea view was also amazing! The villa is a short walk to the beach and the town with lots of gorgeous shops and bars/restaurants. We were a party of 12 and managed to get dinner reservations easily. There is a small supermarket a 5min walk away, but we hired a car which was useful to visit the larger supermarkets (10min drive away) when stocking up on water etc. Thank you Pia and Rosa for an amazing holiday, we will definitely be back!

Amazing property with outstanding views

This was a state of the art modern villa that was great for a big family holiday. The views internally and externally were amazing. Really cool infinity pool, bbq and outside relaxation area. Multiple sun lounge areas around the property that allow big family gatherings or some quiet areas for reading/relaxing. Really close walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back to this fantastic villa. The owners and staff on entry and exit were so friendly and went out their way to help us have a great holiday.

Beautiful villa

Our check in was really easy, Pia and Rasa were very helpful. The villa is spacious and equipped well and there was plenty of space for us to spread out as a family of 6 adults and 4 children. The pool was the highlight of our stay - great fun for everyone. The reason for 4 stars is down to there not being shutters, particularly on the bedrooms as despite black out blinds, the rooms were light very early in the morning - too early! However we have no hesitation in recommending the villa as a great place for a multi generational family holiday.

Perfect family holiday

We have just returned from a family ( 8 adults, 2 babies) holiday at Villa Hope. Wow!!! This villa is absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved everything about it. Great location, everything is in walking distance. The villa has everything you could possibly want & the views are amazing. Pia & Rasa were excellent with all communication. We will be back.

Villa Hope + Moraira = Home Run

We researched towns to make our home away from home for 3-weeks and after selecting Moraira, we searched for the perfect villa. We hit a home run with both... Villa Hope & Moraira. WOW was the first word out our guests as they arrived. The perfect property with a million dollar view. What was more spectacular was that it was only a 10 minute walk to the old town and not much further to the two beaches. Working with Pia for the booking was great. She quickly answered all our questions. Rasa the property manager was helpful and responded to the minimal inquiries we had quickly. We highly recommend staying at Villa Hope. Perfect location, stunning property and you won't find another town like Moraira anywhere.

Only Positives at Villa Hope

Fantastic Villa with amazing views just 10 minutes from the beach and centre. The villa has a lovely modern Scandinavian design and internal furnishings with an amazing infinity pool that looks over on to the beach/sea in the distance. We had a great stay (6 adults, 3 kids and a toddler). We had to put up some homemade safety barriers for our toddler but that’s no fault of the villa. It’s been designed in a beautiful way but with some steep internal stairs with glass balustrade we used a lounger to block it off for our little one. So if you are going with toddlers and kids I wouldn’t let that put you off, just be aware. 5 star rating from us and the only update needed on the listing is the hot tub. I didn’t see one but it wasn’t needed anyway as it was 27°c most days! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Best house in Moraira. The best views by far.

It's our third trip/rental in Moraira/Benissa, and this is by FAR the best. Our group had 6 adults, 2 infants and 1 baby. The house is very modern and has everything you might need for everyone (except for a microwave). The A/C works perfectly, the pool is amazing and the heated outdoor/pool showers are INCREDIBLE, specially when stepping out of the pool on a cool afternoon/evening. Inside the house the internet is pretty good by Moraira standards, the house has 2 smart TVs, it even has AppleTV and Google ChromeCast, electric shades in the living room are a big plus with such huge windows that display the AMAZING VIEW. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, there is space to park a couple of cars inside the property comfortably and there are garbage/recycling bins pretty close by. Contact with the owner/manager was hassle free, and any problem or question was solved quickly. The only observation I could make is that the outside kitchen area/grill may require attention as some of the equipment seems to be faulty. Otherwise everything was great and I hope to visit Pia's house again in the near future. What an amazing house, what a view!

A fabulous villa!

A beautiful villa which had the wow factor, infact the pictures online do not do it justice. It is modern and clean with high quality fittings/ furniture and plenty of utensils, crockery etc. The view is spectacular and the outside area is fantastic with the infinity pool, outdoor bbq and showers. The outdoor seating area is lovely and there are smaller terraces/balconies if people want some space. The villa is well situated for walking to many restaurants , bars and the beach.However we visited in early August when it was over 30•C at night. So the walk back to the villa was hard as it is at the top of a steep hill. In cooler temperatures this probably isn't a problem but it proved arduous and there aren't many taxis available. We were a party of 10 and used all of the bedrooms. 3 of the lovely ensuite bedrooms are on the ground floor. To access the stairs to the upper floor, 2 of the rooms have to walk through the 3rd bedroom. If you are close family this probably isn't a problem. Alternative access can be gained by using bedroom patio doors and walking outside to the upper floor, so not disturbing people in the 3rd bedroom. Amazing stay in a beautiful property

Our week at Villa hope was absolutely beautiful. The villa is even more impressive in person than on the photos. We were two families with 2 children each, plus our parents. The youngest child was 7 years and the oldest 10. The villa was really perfect for this age group. The villa has a lot of steps around it, so it would be quite hard work with toddlers. The view from the outside area, overlooking the sea, is absolutely stunning. It really made every meal time unforgettable. There was plenty of sunbeds around the pool, plus the outdoor sunken seating was a real highlight. The villa is very spacious, so even with 10 people we had plenty of space. It is also nice that each room has an ensuite. The villa is very well equipped with everything that you would need for eating/cooking. It would have been nice to have some plastic glasses for round the pool area, but we managed to buy these at a local shop for very little. The town of Moraira is very close, just a 10 minute walk the town is really lovely with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The beach was incredibly busy so we chose to only go once. We used the outdoor dining and cooking area a lot. It seemed that there were lights in the roof above the outdoor kitchen, however we didnt find any switch, so it was quite dark to cook at night. This wasn't a big problem though. Handover for the villa was really easy. I couldnt recommend this property more, it was really fantastic is every way.

We had an excellent time at Villa Hope . There were 9 of us from a three generational family ages 10 to 70 . We all loved our own spaces and the adults really enjoyed the spacious lounge area upstairs especially for eating the evening meal in the air conditioned room as it was extremely hot outside although the terrace is marvellous for morning , afternoon and later evening get togethers.Raza was most efficient and responded to our couple of problems very fast contacting Pia when necessary . We tripped the electricity and it was sorted remotely which still amazes us . We found the proximity to the bars and restaurants fabulous as previously we stayed at the other end of Moraira where there is less choice . Yes it is a steepish climb to the villa but nothing we were fazed by and the view is amazing . You could look at it all day . I loved watching it appear when the electric blinds in the lounge were activated. Our younger family members were 10 , 13 and 16 and all good swimmers and sensible around the building however I would have been concerned with toddlers about the place as the pool is deep and there are several steps around the property . One of the children said it was the best holiday ever and you didn’t have to make friends with strangers !! We all would love to visit again . Visited July /august 2026

60th birthday celebration for the family.

Excellent location beautiful villa very well equipped the only down fall for us was the style of the bedding, we all loved Moraira and the villa.
