The Jeff is a boutique hotel and private oasis located on Charlottesville's historic Downtown Mall. Nestled above the world famous Jefferson Theater, you'll find sleek spaces, soaring archways, and subtle luxury with a rock and roll edge. Once you're inside these soundproof walls the world recedes like a dream – until you're ready to emerge, refreshed, with the heart if the city on your doorstep. To ensure privacy and true getaway vibes, The Jeff was designed to be entirely self-service (no front desk or need for check-in). Upon booking, you will receive a unique code that gives you access to your room.

Jeff Studio 303: Each room is individually furnished, with a distinct personality. Think effortless cool, creamy suede, and desert colors with pops of quirky humor.
The Jeff Hotel Studios feature a luxurious, custom-made king bed - perfect to settle down in after a hard day's rockin' with a flat screen TV. A Marshall amp speaker is provided to kick back and enjoy your favorite tunes. Each room is equipped with Nespresso coffee maker with pods, an electric kettle for tea that is also provided plus mini-fridge. Our spacious en-suite bathrooms boast high ceilings and walk-in showers.
Being on a pedestrian mall the hotel has no on-site parking, but we think that having Cville's most popular bars, restaurants and music venues mere steps away is a great trade-off!

*Note – The Jeff Hotel is located in a historic building above the nationally renowned Jefferson Theater so it has no elevator. Each room is only accessible via stairs, in some cases multiple flights.
Due to the active nature of the theater below, there will be times where there may be crowds outside of the main entrance waiting for an event or during an event. Off premise paid parking is available a 5-minute walk from The Jeff Hotel.

Up to 1 dog is allowed for a $75 pet fee per dog. Prior approval is required from Guesthouses. Please do not leave pets unattended in the space, unless crated.
A booking and confirmation agreement will also be sent via text to review and sign upon booking.
