We really enjoyed our Stay in this beautiful villa! The home has lots of spaces both inside and outside to enjoy the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. It was a very easy walk into the center of town and also over to the smaller beach. The pool was also heavenly! Communication with the host was very easy. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone traveling in a large group.

Perfect Vacation Home

This property is amazing! Beautiful home with spectacular location. Very short walk to the beach and town. Katik was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome.

Catherine's house was perfect for our family. There was tonnes of space for us, with multiple lounging areas to choose from. The uninterrupted view and aspect is what makes this place so special. Catherine was also a wonderful host - easy to communicate with!

Fantastic Location

Loved the house and pool. Very convenient for both the town and the beach and is was great to give our teenagers a bit of independence. Katherine was also very helpful in helping out with broken down Landrovers and lost watches !! Amazing Vineyards nearby too. A really lovely holiday.

A lovely house!

My brothers and I stayed in the lovely house during our son’s wedding. It boasts a nice layout, stylish decor, and lovely views. We spent many happy hours lounging by the pool. I should note, however, that the walk to/from the port — while totally doable — is a bit longer and hillier than we’d expected and might not work well for all travelers.

Dear Ellen, it was a pleasure to receive you and your brothers for this wonderful occasion of your son's wedding and that you had a wonderful time in my house for which I have a real passion. You are right Cassis is a village in a port so indeed even if it takes 10 minutes on foot to easily go down to the beach and 15 minutes to arrive at the village the return is a little steeper but it is a beautiful walk being able to enjoy a holiday on foot is an effort but beneficial. I am thinking of soon making two electric bikes available to make descents to the village easier for those who wish. thank you for your kind comment and my 5 stars really reward me for my efforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible

Wonderful home in Cassis

My husband and our friends (4 couples total, 2 with babies) were in Cassis for a long weekend to attend a wedding. This lovely home provided the perfect base, with plenty of space for privacy. The property is in a quiet gated neighborhood; the pool and the landscaping provided such a peaceful environment. The views from the large patios were amazing! The location was great -- about a 10 minute walk from the harbor, beach and village. Cassis is small but with some steep hills, so it might be challenging for those with physical limitations. Catherine is such a gracious host -- she was easily available and made sure that her home was set up for a relaxing time. We all had a wonderful experience in Cassis. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home!

Amazing Stay!!!!

Cassis is amazing, and this house is even lovelier than the photos show. The property is very private, the landscaping and gardens serene with amazing views. There is air conditioning for the extra hot days, evenings cool off nicely though and you often won’t need it. The port and Bestouan beach are both only a 10 minute walk. There is off street parking if you need it - the home is in a gated community. Katik was such an amazing, helpful and gracious host. She helped get us set up on our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed and really went above and beyond for us, we are so grateful. This home is set up for relaxing, we had the most amazing time and strongly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Cassis home

The home was everything advertised and more. we were 4 couples and it was perfect. we spent more time at the house cooking and enjoying the view rather than going to the village, which is a 10min walk down the hill. all the amenities were there in the kitchen and outside BBQ and wood stove were utilised. we went for walks down to the beach every morning which is also only 10 min. The walk up the hill was not a problem and provided good exercise. The host was fabulous from day 1, nothing was too much and she was so welcoming that we will be going back with our family in the future. it is in a gated community so we felt secure and had ample parking for the 3 cars we had. could not recommend this property more highly.

Magnifique maison avec vue à couper le souffle

Nous avons passé avec famille et amis une délicieuse semaine chez Catherine. Sa maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. On y ressent immédiatement une vraie harmonie ainsi qu’un grand confort. L’espace de vie est raffiné et chaleureux et la terrasse très agréable à vivre. La plage est à 10 min à pied ainsi que le centre ville ce qui nous a permis de ne pratiquement pas utiliser notre voiture du séjour. Grand plus pour les animophiles, l’adorable petit matou de Catherine nous a accompagnés tout notre séjour

Séjour de rêve

Tout a commencé par l'accueil très chaleureux de Katik, la propriétaire, qui nous a fait découvrir sa belle maison, chaleureuse, décorée avec goût et idéalement située. La vue sur le Cap Canaille est sublime. La maison est très bien équipée. Les commerces et restaurants sont faciles d'accès. Il est très simple de descendre à pieds au village ou à la plage, la remontée étant plus difficile mais tout à fait abordable. La résidence dispose de 2 terrains de tennis. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille!

Tres belle maison, magnifique vue, tres tres bien équipée, seul petit défaut est qu'il n'y a pas la clim dans toutes les chambres, à part ca, tout est parfait

Merci cher Paul pour votre belle appréciation votre semaine a suivi les terribles orages sur Cassis du 17 août je suis ravie qu'en peu de temps ma maison ai pu vous accueillir avec vos amis et bébés pour passer une très belle semaine Selon la société qui a posé trois gros climatiseurs performants dans ma maison en juin dernier , perçant des murs de plus de 60 cm,la totalité de ma maison et des chambres est bien climatisée La présence directe d'un climatiseur dans le séjour de plus de 100 M2 , un autre dans la chambre du haut et le 3eme dans celle du bas, le froid descendant , a pour effet de permettre d’atteindre rapidement la température souhaitée dans toute la maison. Désolée que les fortes chaleurs nocturnes de cet été exceptionnel aient perturbé la température d'une des quatre chambres . cordialement

Splendide séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Cassis dans la villa de Katik Magnifique vue mer et sur le cap Canaille depuis la terrasse, très beau jardin et localisation au calme total dans une résidence privée, non loin du centre (bien sûr avec la pente à descendre et gravir pour rejoindre le port) La villa était assez grande pour héberger notre groupe de 8 personnes, cependant l'appartement indépendant aménagé dans un garage reconverti est moins agréable La piscine est assez grande et profonde, la cuisine très bien équipée, la villa spacieuse et confortable Seuls bémols: l'absence de climatisation en particulier dans les chambres (il faut donc fermer le jour et aérer la nuit), et la psicine n'est pas chauffée ce qui peut decourager les personnes frileuses Nous sommes très satisfaits de ce séjour

merci pour cette appréciation positive pour ma 2eme semaine de location j'ai vraiment beaucoup fait pour que vous soyez bien et je suis ravie que tel fut le cas.contrairement a ce que vous pensez le studio n'a jamais été un garage, j'ai un garage double sous la maison et j'ai refait sa salle de bain avant votre arrivée.La climatisation est un parti pris écologique et la ventilation naturelle fait son office facilement dans cette maison très bien construite.La piscine ne sera jamais chauffée elle est à 27° en été et je ne pense pas mettre un jazzuzzi à 35°c'est justement fait pour rafraîchir quand il fait chaud dehors.

Magnifique vue sur le cap canaille et la baie de Cassis

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans cette belle maison parfaitement bien située à Cassis (plus belle que sur les photos!). Katy, notre hôte a été tres accueillante et serviable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

ohh pour ma première location Didier et Valeria ont été un vrai plaisir et les savoir heureux dans ce lieu enchanteur une immense satisfaction très belle rencontre

for the first time i accepted these people for 3 days at the last minute while i rent my superb house for the week and already before arriving i receive dozens of requests going as far as restaurant reservations for them , for boats, and for as a home chef...and at witch time i spend a lot of time to help them already showing the lack of consideration for me they have and then once arrived late of course,they complained about one of the 4 rooms wich is an independant studio wicth is clerly explain on the advert I was very disapointed with their attitude I only have wonderfull tenants and 5 stars for the 15 family who came before and after them I will never hire these negative people agan that's for sure !
