There is parking for two cars, The staircase to the beach is conveniently located next to this condo, should you chose to not use the elevator.

The living room has a new sofa by England and two designer chairs. The master is equipped with a comphy organic mattress with high thread count sheets and beautiful comforter. The second bedroom has two new twin mattresses that cost over one thousand dollars each. There is new ceramic plank flooring throughout. Basically, everything is new inside, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The coffee table can expand into an additional table for your comfort while watching your 50 in. screen TV ,

The Kitchen is new with dishes, pots and pans, that you would find in your own home. Lots of extras too. Beach Dreams provides a small but ample table for four and a counter that seats three.


The master bath has a tub and shower and the guest bath has a shower. We have an extra large quality washer and dryer inside the condo.

Outside, is a large outdoor pool, a large heated indoor pool as well as a large indoor jacuzzi. There is an individually owned restaurant on the premise called the "Salty Pickle" with a bar, in case you don't want to go anywhere. It is .7 miles, to the Garden City Pier, for live entertainment, food and arcades galore in the summer. if you walk to the left, we have the Conch Cafe. Good food and great view! We also have a little mini mart next to the condo for ice and what-nots. I forgot to tell you about the sunrises! Oh well, come see for yourself. Hope to see you soon!
