This was exactly as shown in the pics. We had a great time! The views are awesome....don't be nervous about being on a low floor, the views are great! The location in PCB is wonderful, the parking is so easy to get in/out, and there was never a wait for an elevator. The actual condo unit location was so easy to get down to the beach quickly. The only thing that could've been slightly improved was the mattress...I know it shows on the listing it was new as of 2025, but we found ourselves constantly rolling into the center and rolling into each other throughout the night. Overall, an amazing, wonderful experience and would definitely recommend!

Thank you for your review of Edgewater Windward B-105. We're glad the unit matched the photos and that you enjoyed the views, easy beach access, parking, and quick elevator times. We apologize the mattress caused you to roll toward the center. We’ll have maintenance and housekeeping inspect it and evaluate options such as a replacement or mattress topper to improve sleep comfort. We appreciate the recommendation and hope to welcome you back. Best Beach Getaways – Team BBG

Beautiful condo with easy beach access!

Edgewater is a great condo we have stayed at different rooms in other condo buildings and have also stayed in the villas. This was my favorite room we have stayed in by far. The easiest walk to the beach if you have young children.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Had a great view and condo is in a gated community so there is a little more safety. Very short walk to the beach and the neighbors were all quiet and respectful. It was a great place for a family vacation, a little small for a child and an infant but very doable.

Great Stay

This was as a great place for my little family to stay! I was very skeptical because of some of the reviews but I am so glad we picked this place. 1st floor 30 steps to the beach with a great view on your balcony! This is one of the smaller buildings, which was good because that means less people on the beach in our area! Hope to stay here again next time we come!

Great condo on the beach

The condo was everything as described. Very clean upon arrival and it was even ready early! The inside was updated and decorated nicely. You are only a few steps away from the beach which is great and there are several pools to enjoy. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heart beat.

2nd time staying here

This was our second time staying in this condo. First time was in 2023. Great location convenient to everything in Panama City! Really like the Edgewater resort. The kids loved going to the big pool and splash pad which was a quick walk through the buildings or a little walk down the beach. The Winward area was way less crowded on the beach and at the pool. Condo was nice and clean and had very quick beach access.
