Our great room, which includes a comfortable living room, dining area, and open kitchen, is the perfect spot for families and friends to gather and bond. With a maximum occupancy of four, our comfortable bedrooms each have queen beds. The master bedroom comes with a private bath with a shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

At Miss Helen's, we provide adequate parking for two or three vehicles or a vehicle and a boat. As a boating town, Cedar Key is the perfect location for boaters. You can park your trailer at the house and walk back to the launch ramp, which is located nearby.

Miss Helen's is an authentic Cedar Key cottage once owned and occupied by Ms. Helen Richburg Johanson and her sister Ms. Armalee Richburg, who were lifelong residents of the island. Recently updated and remodeled, the house still retains the charm and character of the old days when Cedar Key was just a quiet fishing village.

Located one block from city park and the beach and kayak launch, you can walk to anywhere in Cedar Key from Miss Helens. Please note that events are not allowed at Miss Helen's, and we cannot allow parties, group gatherings, smoking, or pets.

-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.

- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.

Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles.
