This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The quaint bar top table in the dining room graciously seats four. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.

This rental is located on floor 3.

Great stay

We have stayed at waterscape for a couple years now and this is the first year the homeowner had already paid for the chairs/umbrella through LDV on the beach. That was a major plus for our family. Great unit to stay in.

Love this resort and condo!

Wonderful stay for a family of 4 adults and 2 children. Condo was great and the resort was wonderful as always. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a family friendly environment. Only improvement would be to I force the no smoking rule, as our kiddos are allergic and several people were smoking around pool.

Wonderful stay for adults and kids!

Everything in the room was great. Good size room with enough space for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. My kids loved all the pools. The tiki hut is super convenient for a quick snack or drink. Beach is easily assessable and not overly crowded! Overall loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Great stay!

Third time returning and never disappointed with waterscape. Condo was bright and beautiful. Only thing we disliked was the outdoor furniture. Plastic chairs only. Not very comfy for taking in the beautiful views

Loved everything about the facility to the room….only 2 things wrong is the master bedroom sink was very slow to drain. And the sprayer nozzle on the kitchen sinks leaks when turning the water on!

Fantastic stay

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival! The unit looks much better in person than in pictures (has been painted and some furniture has been updated). It was our first trip to Waterscape and my kids (10, 6, 3) loved every minute of it. They ran from pool to pool every day, along with several trips to the beach. We were there mid October and the weather was low 70s-low 80s. We found out the heater for the upper pool was broken, so my kids shivered between pools and trips to the hot tub. Also, there are 2 hot tubs, but one was closed the 4 days we were there. Needless to say, the 1 operating hot tub stayed packed. Speaking of facility closures, 1-2 of the elevators closest to A320 were down throughout the week. Fortunately my crew was ok with taking the stairs for just 2 flights. The room itself was super clean on arrival. Absolutely no complaints there. There were literally 10-15 clean towels between the 2 bathrooms, which was so nice! The water pressure was fantastic. Plentiful cookware for the basics. King bed was comfy with thick memory foam topper. Areas to improve on: Need more pillows. There were 2 super flat king size pillows on the bedroom bed and 2 spare standard size pillows in the closet, but only 1 pillow case. The hall toilet was wobbly. No plastic cups/plates for kids. No food storage with lids (other than glass casserole dishes). Bathroom fans sound like jet planes. Overall we were very happy!

Great family place

My husband, 5 y/o daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. We enjoyed the 3rd floor views but would get a room on the 2nd floor if we bring our younger kids next time. Our o key co plaint about the condo was a very hard bed & hard, flat pillows. Everything else was accurate to description. No surprises. Great communication. Easy check-in and check-out. Parking passes, entry codes and instructions easily accessible and visible. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Nice condo, good location

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a short, last minute trip. It was a decent place to stay and in a good location. It’s a lengthy walk to get from the parking garage to the main door of the condo and it was a little tricky to navigate at first. The parking garage is also a little tight. Larger vehicles seemed to have a tough time maneuvering through the garage. We rented a small SUV and the parking was tight. Some of the furniture in the condo was more updated than what is shown in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. It does need some maintenance but not terrible for a rental. It is only a short walk to the beautiful beach and there is a water view from the balcony. What I wish we would’ve know that is not described in the listing is the proximity to the kiddie pool. The noise was a bit much at times; not as relaxing as we hoped. We couldn’t believe the amount of little kids at this complex! There is a also large fountain at the kid’s pool next to the balcony, which was very loud and runs from 8am - 10pm. If you have little kids this is a great place. If you are looking for a peaceful adult getaway where you want to relax at the beach or pool, I do not recommend. The beach service is a nice perk and convenient if you don’t have the option to being your own beach chairs, but the beach was crowded. It wasn’t the place for us but for a family with small kids it was great.

Pleasant Surprise!

Admins need to post updated pictures of this condo because the pictures do not compare to how wonderful this condo was! There was plenty of utensils, pots, pans, blankets and space for a family of 3! We will definitely be staying again next year

Nice condo but

The condo was clean and a nice view (between the splash pool and upper pool). My only complaint was the bed was so high. We managed but if you are older or gave mobility issues, this bed could be a problem.

Great trip regardless!

Room was missing several cooking utensils, the blender was also broken. Thankfully we had friends staying a few doors down so we didn’t go without! All in all though, great experience at Waterscape! Will most definitely go back!

Fall Break 22'

Has the comfort, view and amienties

This is our fourth stay at WaterScape, first time in Building A. Very nice condo, with a nice view. Enjoyed the comfortable outdoor furniture on the balcony, overlooking one of the three pools. Very nice layout of the 1 bedroom, with two full baths (1 bath had a large shower, no tub). We will be back again!!!

Spring Break 2022

The Master Bedroom was very comforting and room is in a convenient location to the heated and kiddie pool. You can see from the balcony partial ocean view since some of the palm trees are blocking the view. This room did NOT have a hair dryer nor 1 time use laundry detergent packet. It also did not have sufficient cooking pots/pans in the kitchen. The ones they did have were aluminum only which made all food burn and stick. It did have dish washer detergent. We were also only provided 1 trash bag in the kitchen. We frequently stay at the Waterscape and love the resort and beach!

A+ vacation spot

This was our 6th visit to the resort. Stayed in the same unit the past 3 years. It’s clean and has a nice view of the gulf. It’s close to the beach and pools. Everything is pretty much taken care of for you. Would recommend to anyone.
