Imagine waking up to incredible panoramic sunrises that you can enjoy from your master suite and the living room or retiring to South Padre Island sunsets that are new every day. You have one of the best views on the island for watching the sunsets or the Friday night summer fireworks from multiple private balconies.
You'll be staying in a large town home style condo in a resort building featuring two bedrooms downstairs with private balconies and private baths. The spacious living area upstairs provides 10th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico from two walls of glass in the living room, dining room and from the large private balcony. A half bath on the living level provides convenience both for daytime living and for your guests using the sofa sleeper for overnight accommodation.
Sunchase IV is a gated resort with beautiful grounds, private beach access, two pools and hot tubs, two children's pools, a 2nd floor library, a fitness center, and a 7th floor sundeck. The walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds to the private beach access is relaxing and there are shops, restaurants, and nightlife all within walking distance as well.
You may choose to dine out every night but the kitchen is fully equipped for those gourmet island meals. A full-size washer and dryer add to convenience and make this the perfect place for your South Padre Island family getaway!

Everything was fabulous. The only thing that might need attention is the bed frame and matress. It's noisy and uncomfortable. Loved the views and wonderfully decorated and equipped. Quiet and relaxing, just what we needed.

Great stay! Loved having 2 balconies, 1 overlooking the Gulf and also 1 overlooking the bay. Beautiful views from the living/kitchen area and from both rooms. Definitely would stay here again.

The views from all the balconies especially the top floor balconies were excellent. The accomodation was prepped well for our arrival and we had a good time with the pool and grill facilities.

Fantastic condo
We had a great stay for July 4th! Beautiful condo with tons of balconies and great views. We loved the pool, great hours. Good beach access! Very happy with stay, will be back :)

Week Stay

Family mini vacation
My husband and I enjoyed our mini vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters. This condo had plenty of room for all of us. It has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated. And the views of the Gulf of Mexico are breathtaking.

Great stay and beautiful view! Location to beach and pool is a short walk! The secondary bedroom looked as though there was a water leak above- needs repair and repainting on far wall. Otherwise it was clean and would recommend

Girls weekend getaway
Everything about this property was amazing! Beautiful sunrise and sunset. There were several different balconies to capture all of the views. It is in a great location with easy access to the beach and everything on the island. There is plenty of space and seating for everybody to be comfortable. Very clean and just as described online. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again when we visit.

This was a great condo with panaromic views of the beach and ocean. This condo has sunrise and sunset views from the balconies. Our favorite part of the condo was the very big balcony with chairs and a table to eat outside. The condo is a duplex style with the bedrooms on the bottom floor and the living room, kitchen area upstairs which was very interesting and we quite liked the layout. The condo felt very spacious with this layout. The condo itself is a little outdated and the master king bed was not comfortable and after a couple of nights we slept in the twin beds which were a little more comfortable. This was the only complaint about the condo was the master bed but we were able to overlook this as the condo was great overall with the best views. The complex has a nice pool with a huge deck to layout and plenty of lounge chairs. The complex is just a very short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again, I would suggest buying a new mattress for the King bed.

Great Vacation!
Loved the wall to wall glass windows. Great view of the beach. Plan to return sometime this year. .

Great Location
This was a great location and the views from the upstairs areas were great. The only complaint I have is that the beds need to be updated.

First South Padre Vacation
This was our first stay at SPI. We had a great time. The property was wonderful! The view from all of the balconies was spectacular, from sunrise to sunset! The pools were outstanding and the beach access was great. For us, the beds were a little firm but manageable. If we return to SPI, we would stay here again!

This property was BEAUTIFUL!! The views throughout were jawdropping. The place was really clean. The owners/staff were so fast and responsive. I will definitely be back. Do not pass on this one. You will not regret it.

Anniversary vacation
My wife and I stayed at this condo for our anniversary trip. We loved this location! We plan to return this summer, but next time we also plan to bring our kids. The condo has plenty of space and beautiful views. Looking forward to our next stay here.
