This bright and inviting apartment offers the ideal blend of space, comfort, and convenience — right in one of Sofia’s most desirable neighborhoods.

At 150 m² (1,722 ft²), the apartment comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests and is located on the 6th floor of an elegant building with elevator access. Thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and productivity, the space is modern, cozy, and fully equipped for short or extended stays.

The spacious open-plan living room features a comfortable sofa, smart LCD TV, a curated mini-library, and a dedicated dining area with a large table & chairs. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need:
NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher and full cookware set, etc.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and private balcony
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds, built-in wardrobes, and a desk
Second bathroom with shower.
Additionally there are two dedicated workspaces with an ergonomic chairs which helps working remotely effortless. Step out onto one of the two balconies to enjoy beautiful views of Vitosha Mountain and the city skyline.
Also included: high-speed Wi-Fi, DTT TV, air conditionings, baby crib, iron & ironing board, washing machine, etc.

In a prestigious neighborhood, just steps from Vitosha Boulevard and South Park, you’ll find everything you need close by: bakeries, coffee shops, grocery stores, and boutique shops.

Bus and tram stops are just a minute’s walk away. You’re only:
10–15 min by tram to major attractions like the National Palace of Culture and St. Nedelya Cathedral
20 min by bus to the beautiful Vitosha Mountain for hiking and fresh air
