With just a 4-minute walk from your door to the Gondola and a private hot tub waiting at home, this Main Street retreat is an ideal mountain base for 30-night stays and longer. Settle in, come and go as you please, and spend your days on the slopes knowing your gear and your space are right where you left them. The prime location places you in the heart of Breckenridge, where local shops, cafés, and restaurants are just steps away, offering the perfect blend of mountain adventure and small-town charm.

The spacious 3-bedroom plus den, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and sits just 40 steps from Main Street. With high-end finishes and breathtaking views of the ski slopes and gondola from the luxurious master suite, it’s a true mountain escape that balances comfort and convenience. And yes… it’s pet-friendly. If you’re flying in, you can shuttle to the home and never need a car; everything you need is within walking distance, including the grocery store.

The welcoming living area is on the first floor and is perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain, with a cozy sectional, a gas fireplace, and a large Smart TV. The dining area seats five, with three additional seats at a side table. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals, appetizers, and drinks for après-ski time. This tri-level home offers plenty of space, with the large master suite upstairs and two queen bedrooms, a den with two sets of bunk beds, and a bathroom on the lower level.

After a full day of mountain adventure, sink into your private hot tub and enjoy a well-earned moment of relaxation. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. • Bedroom 2: queen bed. (Sleeps 2)

House was perfect! Exactly as described. The location is ideal. Amazing hot tub. Could use a few more and higher quality pans for cooking. While the house was clean, I would recommend a deep cleaning.

It was nice being on the quiet end of town during the festival but writhing walking distance of all the fun. We are repeats at this property and really enjoy staying there.

Such a beautiful place right off Main St! Close to everything in Breck. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was SO close to everything that there was some traffic noise at night (resolved mostly by earplugs). Will definitely consider this place for my next visit.

Early Holiday

Property was nice. Short walk to the gondola and just a short walk to Main Street. Host was very responsive when the refrigerator wasn't working at getting us a replacement. Enjoyed a soak in the hot tub after the day skiing.

Location was ideal for access to restaurants, pubs and activities in Breckenridge. Not as private as expected, very limited access to places for our dog, but we were able to find a spot within a short walk. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Place

This was a great location, wonderful place as far as spacious. No central air, but who needs it in the winter. Fireplaces were a great touch and we found we needed to open the windows at night. The only thing I would mention is that there is no bathroom on the main floor, but really, the only thing I could say. Check in was swift and they allowed dogs. Would recommend and stay here again.

Thanksgiving in Breck 🦃❄️🏂

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Staff was very accommodating with our requests. The house is beautiful and clean with the exception of one missing dining chair and mismatched beverage glasses 🍷. These were minor issues that got addressed very quickly. Communication with staff is quick, easy and most importantly professional. The location is great! Very close to downtown Breck and the gondola.

Location is great but needs better beds.

As much as we understand, that it’s a pet friendly place. The bedding and flooring was completely covered with pet hair. For the amount of cleaning charges, it’s a minimum expectation to have a clean floor and clean Lenin’s. When we reached out to host with the pictures, all we heard back was to use the Lenin’s from the closets , which were in the similar condition. So , we had to buy our own bedding. Also downstairs restroom does not have lock.bedding.

Great Location, Amenities Issues

Very easy check-in process and a great location on the North end of Breckenridge. Found the dryer to be broken and we had packed for the week, with three kids, with the intention of doing multiple loads of laundry. They sent a maintenance individual that had to order a part. The solution was to provide us a couple drying racks, so needless to say we had very rough/hard clothes from air drying and did not get to use the amenities as planned and paid for. We also found long black hair throughout the rental during our stay (not from any of us).

Great location but don’t try to open the windows

Although the location was great at the end of the main strip of downtown Breckenridge we had several challenges. First and foremost was the inability to keep any windows open on the main floor. I had to push management to send someone to evaluate them. These windows were extremely heavy and the “fix” while we were there was to place a piece of ply wood in the window frame to keep it open. Thankfully we weren’t traveling with small children as I could see this posing a safety risk. In addition the windows on the bottom floor did not have screens so these could not be opened. Although tower fans were provided the house was quite warm at night and everyone in our party complained of the temperature when trying to sleep. The beds were ok. The bunks seemed firm but comfortable. The master bedroom’s bed was supportive on one side and dipped severely on the other. Might I add the people sleeping there were both less than 150lbs. The door that goes to the patio didn’t lock for part of our stay and we ended up fixing it ourselves and the bottom rack on the dishwasher doesn’t have working wheels. Although the location was great it felt somewhat run down and the management never actually fixed the windows. This is probably fine if you are there in the winter but I wouldn’t recommend in the summer especially in the warmer months.
