Pech Bouquet is a hamlet perched atop a hill, accessible via a small dead-end road. At the top, a stone cottage—completely renovated in the winter of 2021—awaits you. It features its own private pool, parking, and garden (3 hectares!). The house is surrounded by private woods and large meadows where sheep and lambs graze.
It has 3 bedrooms, sleeping a total of seven guests.

The view is panoramic, overlooking the surrounding countryside (the Monbazillac Valley) and the pastures where horses and foals graze.
There is no vehicle traffic on the small road leading up to the cottages, ensuring peace and quiet while still being just a 10-minute drive from Bergerac.
Located 5 km from the medieval village of Issigeac, 8 km from Monbazillac, and 15 km from Bergerac and Villeréal. Local shops and a medical center are 2 km away (Bouniagues).

All-stone house, recently renovated (available for rent as of late May 2021); the interior is furnished with charm and authenticity. The furniture and bedding are new, as are the appliances.
Grand Pech Bouquet has three bedrooms; the first features a 160-size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a 140-bed, and the third bedroom has three 90-beds. In the living room, there are two new white leather sofas, a new TV with Orange TV service, and a router providing Wi-Fi internet access throughout the house.
