Forest Dunes Unit # 706, "The Coast Is Clear" is a 1 bedroom, 1 ½ bath Oceanview condo on the 7th floor with great views of the ocean and outdoor pool area. From the bedroom you can see the sunrise and into North Myrtle Beach. From the balcony you can hear the waves, see the sunset, and see south into Garden City.

The bedroom has a king bed with plush linens, a comfortable chair, flat screen TV, and dresser. The half bathroom has a blow dryer and plenty of luxurious soft towels. The full bathroom has a full size tub/shower, blow dryer, and plenty of luxurious soft towels.

The living area has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with chaise lounge, side chair, chair with ottoman, a Smart TV, free WiFi, board games and books for your enjoyment. There is a pub style table with 4 chairs. There are two stools for sitting at the bar.

The kitchen is well stocked with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, plenty of counter space, and much more.

The large balcony is the perfect place to eat, read a book, or listen to the waves. There are beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys for your convenience to use on the beach.

The building is very well maintained with an indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, and laundry room.

This condo is our home away from home. It is a place where you can relax, feel comfortable, spend time with your family, or just recharge yourself. We are owner operated and our goal is for guests to enjoy their stay and to look forward to coming back every year to experience the perfect vacation.
