The luxury 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom home sleeps up to 10, with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive, luxuriously appointed living space which includes: 1 KING BED, 2 QUEEN BEDs, 1 FULL/TWIN BUNK BED, and 1 TWIN BED.

This spectacular home has one of the best locations available, nestled in southern Phoenix, in proximity to the 101 freeway. The Chandler Oasis is situated in a terrific part of town, making for a true home away from home. As you look out towards the Sonoran sunset from the fire pit, you will find both bliss and wonder. The Chandler Oasis provides fantastic Arizonan sunrises from the spacious Walk-Out Patio, and blissful relaxation in the aqua blue heated pool *heating the pool is optional, and an additional cost of $65/day + tax* Pool heating must be requested no less than 3 days prior to arrival so the pool can be heated to your desired temperature. The pool may not fully get up to swimming temperature during the months of December and January.

The exquisite walkout patio will allow you to enjoy the splendid Arizonan atmosphere. The Chandler Oasis features several different places to sit comfortably inside and outside, from the colorful Adirondack patio furnishings to the exquisite leather seating inside, it s not if you will relax, just a matter of where! The Chandler Oasis is also situated around 30 minutes from different spring training facilities, also just a short distance away from high-end shopping and fine dining!

When you stay at The Chandler Oasis, you will notice the home has high-end furnishings, beautiful artwork, vibrant colors, a classic style arcade game, an air hockey table, and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen includes quality appliances and everything you need to make a romantic dinner for two or feed the family comfortably. In the kitchen/dining area, the Chandler Oasis provides seating for 6 at the wood dining table and 2 at the high seated bar stools. This Modern desert home s interior includes custom furnishings throughout as well. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms and one laundry/mudroom.
The downtown Phoenix area is a short drive away, with additional restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and various scheduled events and concerts throughout the town. Casago House Rules

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ This home is not pet friendly, services animals accepted.
~ No large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $65/day plus tax and needs three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter.
