Villa Santa Lucia - Piscine et vue mer

With its spectacular 180° view of the sea and the maquis, Santa Lucia is a stunning, modern, designer architect-designed villa built within the private and secure “ORIZONTI” resort—an ultra-exclusive and peaceful residential community.

The property
With its modern, tastefully designed interior, large windows facing the sea, spacious outdoor areas enhanced by the heated infinity pool, and the inviting stone summer kitchen, Villa Santa Lucia is the perfect place to enjoy an ideal vacation with family or friends, all year round.
Spread over two floors, the villa features a beautiful, air-conditioned living/dining room with a superb modern kitchen that opens onto the terrace—all facing the sea and surrounded by magnificent landscaped gardens.

The four air-conditioned bedrooms feature new bedding and ample built-in storage. Two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All three bathrooms are modern and feature walk-in showers.

The ideal orientation ensures that the terrace and the infinity pool are sunny all day long, allowing you to enjoy sunbathing on the lounge chairs provided. The infinity pool is spacious and, of course, equipped with a safety alarm and heated outside the summer season.

And what about the “summer kitchen” area, where you can enjoy convivial meals thanks to its plancha grill, in the shade of the awning?
