Beautiful condo

We stayed for the long 4th of July weekend and highly recommend the beautiful condo we stayed in. It was clean, beautifully furnished and had lots of room. We were right on the bay and the view was spectacular, we were able to see three different firework displays from the balcony! Great place to stay!

This condo was amazing! We were spoiled by the comfortable beds, updated appliances, views and sunsets to die for. The pool was steps away and great service was available. We have all decided this was the cleanest condo that we had ever rented. Thank you, Brian, for being so easy to talk with. Can not wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Ocean City! The bayside view was absolutely stunning; especially at sunset. It was the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or evening drink.The condo was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was quiet but close to the beach, restaurants, and shops… best of both worlds!The host was easy to reach and made everything simple from check-in to check-out. We also loved the pool and how peaceful everything felt.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a beautiful view. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Awesome stay!!!! Highly recommend!!

We were provided a great condo for our family. We had a great time in Ocean City, and coming back to a well-maintained condo with all the luxuries was an outstanding and a must-do experience. Communication with the owner was very convenient, which is also another reason our stay was great; we felt very taken care of. I highly recommend this condominium to any one with family and friends that could use a great, well-maintained, and clean condo as their base of operations or place of rest and comfort during their Ocean city stay.

Great sunsets on the bay

Very nice property with great views in great condition. Plenty of outside seating to watch the boats in the bay and the sunsets. Reel inn on the property is a great restaurant with poolside service. Highly recommend this place.

Relaxing Getaway

The balcony provided spectacular views throughout the day. It was quiet, clean and spacious - with an easy walk to the boardwalk and local restaurants. All of the "beachy" decor reinforced the vacation vibe. Kitchen well equipped, great master shower and comfortable furniture. It was a perfect getaway.

Softball Tournament in Showell

We had such a great time. The view was amazing and the condo was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable, master bathroom shower was awesome. Loved the underground parking and the elevator made it easy to get all of our stuff upstairs. The owner was available for any questions/concerns we may have had. We would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional condo complex

You can’t beat the view. The bay inspires relaxation. The restaurant food was very good and the staff excellent. The pool was an everyday stop for us and is adjacent to the Reel Inn . You can walk or ride a bike to everything local.

This is wonderful condo, newly renovated and well appointed throughout with a great view from the balcony overlooking the OC sound. Enjoy a peaceful retreat in a well located community with spectacular sunsets over the water. Brian is a gracious and helpful host. This was a great vacation experience for our family.

Great location for White Marlin Open

My family and I stayed in this unit for the week of white marlin open. The condo was very clean. We had other friends staying in another condo that was not so clean. The owner was very easy to get in touch with if we had questions. Definitely will stay again if we fish the tournament next year.

Newly Renovated Harbor Island Condo

We have been staying at Harbor Island in OC for 20 years and this was our first time staying in this condo. Definitely the most newly renovated condo we have stayed in. Kitchen and baths are all big and new. Felt very spacious for a 2 bedroom condo and fit our family of 4 plus one of our kids friends perfectly. Missing a couple of household items but the owner was quick to respond and will be adding those.

Gorgeous views in a clean and safe community

Our family had an extended weekend stay at this beautiful condo in early August. The space was very clean and fresh and met all expectations. Everything worked properly in the property, and very clean. The local community was kept up very well and very quiet surroundings, we enjoyed the views from the balcony of the bay and all the boats. I had to reach out a few times to the owners and they were very quick respond and pleasant. We also ate at the local restaurant on the property and it was fast, friendly, tasty service.

Relaxing Long Weekend

My husband and I enjoyed four nights at Harbour Island during Ocean’s Calling 2024. The unit was absolutely spotless and stylishly organized. The view was beautiful! The elevator was very helpful for heavy luggage, but we honestly didn’t mind the stairs to the third floor. The only problem was not being able to eat our way through the entire Reel Inn menu, which was too conveniently located a stone’s throw from the unit! We’ve decided that this will be “our place” when we travel to OC in the future. Thanks to all who help keep it as fantastic as it is!

Beautiful views

First, the community is kept so clean and beautiful. The Reel Inn is fun, great drinks and good food. The pool was so enjoyable with drink and food service available. My teens loved it. Second., the condo was spectacular! Modern, clean and gorgeous with awesome balcony views of the bay. Made morning coffee so peaceful. By far the nicest place we've stayed. The hosts were on top of communication!! Will visit again for sure. Can't say enough how clean and beautiful the condo and area were maintained!! Thank you from our family

Very Accommodating Host, Newly Renovated Condo

Brian was an incredible host. He accommodated our party with an extended check-out and was responsive & courteous throughout our weekend trip. The condo is newly renovated and features top-end appliances, TVs, and a great master bedroom. My 17-year-old brother was trying to find the mattress brand of the guest bed to order for himself, and my girlfriend was impressed/envied by the Dyson vacuum equipment. All in all, I'd highly recommend and if I need to stay in OCMD again, I'm staying at Brian's.

Wonderful vacation at Harbour Island!

My family loves Harbour Island in OC and we just had a wonderful vacation at this rental! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the cleanliness, comfort, and overall ambiance of the property. The views of the bay were breathtaking, especially during sunset, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and some of the best restaurants in town. The property had everything we needed, and the private balcony overlooking the bay was a highlight for us; we spent every morning out there, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We spent a lot of time at the pool and enjoyed a couple of meals at Reel Inn! The host was incredibly responsive and provided all the necessary information well in advance. We truly felt at home and can't wait to return next year. If you're looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Ocean City, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay at Harbour Island. Very clean with an awesome pool! Condo had the best views of the bay and boats. Location was close to everything. Condo was clean and updated. Beds were super comfortable. Host responded quickly. Unfortunately, there is only one parking spot. Since it was White Marlin Tournament while we were there it made it very difficult to find street parking…just something to keep in mind, but would not keep us from returning. Minor suggestions would be to have small trash cans in bathrooms and possibly some knives for cutting. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great experience

We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning. The unit was clean and bright, and has all the kitchenware we needed. It also has washer and dryer, and upgraded heating and air system. It was like home away from home, with an amazing view of the water and sunset. Our young children really enjoyed hanging out by the property pool, which is adjacent to the property restaurant, making it convenient to order and enjoy lunch poolside. The unit is across from tennis court and playground as well. It is also a short walk from the beach and boardwalk, making for a nice early morning or early evening walk. Brian was very helpful, and shared some restaurant recommendations in our arrival sheet that came in handy. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation for the trip.

Harbour Island Stay

My wife, our six-year-old, and our three-year-old come to Ocean City, MD every summer for a week. This was by far our favorite and the only place we will stay in the future. Harbour Island is a quiet and extremely beautiful community. From the landscaping to the breathtaking views of the bay, this is a hidden gem in plain sight. Brian was a very attentive host, checking on us after we settled in and maintaining communication throughout our trip to ensure we were pleased with our stay. The condo is very clean and everything has been updated. All of the appliances are top of the line, and having televisions in each room is a must when you have kids. We found ourselves at the pool a lot, given our young kids, and the Reel Inn made it very convenient to buy food for the kids and drinks for my wife and me. Thank you, Brian, for being such a gracious host. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

Beautiful Bayside Escape

The property was beautiful with a wonderful bayside view. It’s a close walk to the beach and a few local restaurants. It was recently renovated with wonderful accommodations. Unlike most hosts, they did not provide hand towels, hand soap, starter dish detergent and not even a dish washer tab so be prepared. The cancellation policy is strict. We were heading to OCMD for a music festival that was canceled due to weather. It would have been nice to at least offer us the ability to reschedule to another open date, but there cancellation policy was disclosed before I booked, so shame on me I guess. As long as you are prepared for these things, you will really enjoy your time at this beautiful place.

Summer Vacation 2022

After a terrible start to 2022 (my husband was hospitalized in January and passed away on Feb 3rd), this was the first week my kids and I experienced true joy this entire year. Brian's rental property was a true showplace! Immaculate, tastefully decorated, and close to everything Ocean City has to offer. Brian was also very kind to accommodate my SIL and niece coming to stay after I signed the initial rental agreement. Coincidentally, our stay fell on what would've been my and my husband's 24th wedding anniversary (8/1/22) and the 6 month anniversary of his death (8/3/22), so having my SIL there to hang out with was an added bonus ('cause teenagers don't want to hang out with Mom). If you're on the fence about booking this property for your next vacation getaway, just do it. You won't regret it!
