Enjoy this stunning home with breathtaking views of Wonderland Lake. Open floor plan, gourmet kitchen with solid granite countertops and great light. All bathrooms were beautifully remodeled in 2018. Master suite is on a floor by itself with a private deck overlooking the lake and mountain views. Main level also opens up to a deck with a gas bbq and lake views off the dining room. Lower level features a generous media room, bedroom and full bath, plus additional outdoor patio space that directly accesses hiking trails/Wonderland lake. 2 car garage and laundry room with washer and dryer. Walk out the door and you are immediately surrounded by nature as you walk around the gorgeous lake. Welcome to the quintessential Boulder lifestyle!

Lovely stay!

We loved our stay at this townhome. It was an idyllic location, right on wonderland lake. We spent every day going for a walk around the lake and the nearby playground. We also loved walking over to Lucky's. The rooms were also very comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend this for your stay in Boulder.

Easy stay

The pictures are just like the condo. It has quite a bit of room with a full basement which has a large tv, couch, and has a door that exits to a walking path that goes around the lake. Abundant supplies, and plenty of cooking utensils. It was an easy stay!

Beautiful home & beautiful neighborhood

We loved our stay! We rented Michael's condo for 6 months and we absolutely fell in love with the neighborhood and the neighbors. The home was clean, spacious, and fully equipped. The owners were responsive and the check in / checkout process was seamless. We adored their lovely neighbors and the location was perfect. Close to trails, Wonderland Lake, and Lucky's Market. Highly, highly recommend!

Clean, bright, cheery condo in great location

We stayed here two months and this condo was great. The location for us was perfect. It was near my daughter's family, which was the reason we stayed in Boulder. Wonderland Park is right out the door with a 1-mile walking path that makes for great views while having your morning coffee. The bedrooms are all on different floors and the stairs seem steep, so someone who has difficulty with stairs may have a problem. There is a balcony on the third level, which my grandchildren loved.

Amazing Home In Perfect Location

The home is just wonderful. The windows give the best light throughout the house. You are just steps away from the path to the trails. A little park for young kids, close to Pearl Street, market, bakehouse and restaurants. The space is an open floor plan so lots of family time in the kitchen/living room together. The grill off the deck is great too. Primary bedroom has heated floors for cold mornings, beds are comfortable, gas fireplace for warm nights and basement if you have lots of kids playing around. Great house and look forward to coming back and staying again soon.

Fantastic Location

Second time staying at this lovely Wonderland Hills home. The location is just perfect. A nice walk to Lucky’s Bakehouse for delicious treats and literally 10 steps to the trail. The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is lovely. A 5 minute Uber to Pearl Street or a 2 minute ride for ice cream at Sweetcow. The home is spacious with large wrap around windows. The kitchen is open and stocked with all components for a family gathering. The beds are better than at home and the house is immaculate yet incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. The host are kind and very responsive with any questions you may have. A perfect retreat to feel connected to the community while feeling at home.

Sunny, bright and a great location!

We loved our stay! The townhouse was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. The windows fill the house with sunshine and a beautiful view of Wonderland Lake. It was so nice to walk right out the front door and enjoy the beautiful trail around the lake or walk down the street to Lucky's Bakery for a coffee and a sweet treat.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at this Wonderlind Hills home. The house is beautifully furnished and all the rooms are nicely sized. Each bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed. And, all the bathrooms are large and nicely designed. The kitchen is well equipped and a great place to cook in. The location is perfect. You are close to the trails and it is so nice to walk around the lake. Lucky's Market is just a few minutes away as is Ideal Market and a pharmacy. The owners are super responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here.

Unbeatable views, quiet and peaceful

We had a long term stay here during construction on our house. The house is exactly as pictured, except it was even bigger than we expected. It's spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The views of the lake (partial during full summer) were wonderful, and being right next to the extensive trail system at Wonderland Lake was a highlight. Downtown Boulder is a quick 10 minute drive. The owners were very responsive and took care of our requests right away. This place was a peaceful sanctuary for us. We give it our highest recommendation!

So close to town, yet feels like you are in the mountains. Tasteful, clean 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse on Wonderland Lake. Walk or bike to everything - walk out your door to Wonderland Lake Trail System, Lucky's Market, Bakehouse & Cafe & North Boulder Liquor. Take a longer walk to explore NoBo (North Boulder) - Amante, Moxie Bread Co., Protos, Tierra y Fuego. Mountain bike from the house. Bike or bus to Pearl Street Mall.
