We are glad you enjoyed your stay at the property, which as you pointed out, is located perfectly for a relaxed stay at the beach of some good, fun exercise on the tennis courts. We will continue to attempt to obtain more clear information from the association as to the trash pick-up, as it remains unclear even to us, as the owner when we stay there. Thanks, Eve. The consensus is that the beach is one of the best on the Delmarva Peninsula. The property has been in the family for decades, and though some like the vintage charm, we plan on updating and upgrading the property for our vacationers. We think you will see significant changes with each season when you return.

Hi, Jennifer: We appreciate your review, and all constructive criticism. We apologize that the place was not clean to your liking when you arrived. We strive to maintain a very clean home, and unfortunately, the cleaning service had engaged the services of a new supervisor who did not meet expectations. Since then, we have not had the problem, as that individual is no longer supervising the cleaning of our property between vacationers. The access to the grill in the backyard should be made much more simple by next season. The ground floor will be undergoing renovation before the next season, so access to the BBQ area should become easy. We hope you return to see the improvements that will be made to the property each season.

We are glad you had a good Memorial Day weekend at the property. As you noted, the location makes the property convenient for the treks back and forth to the beach with seniors and young ones. There are no busy roads to cross, being on the ocean side of the highway in a private community. We would love to have you back and hope you will be.
