House with private pool between countryside & mountains

For your holidays to discover Isère, choose this beautiful family house of 130m² with private swimming pool located in a quiet area 15 minutes from the city center of Grenoble between the countryside and the mountains.

This house is ideal for families with children: 1200 m² fenced garden with trampoline, slide, swings, games room, petanque court, barbecue, pizza oven.

It is the starting point for multiple activities:
- Mountain hiking trails from the house
- Mountain bike rides: circuits starting from the house
- Golf courses nearby: the Bresson international golf course 5 minutes away, the Uriage golf club 15 minutes away and the Blue Green Grenoble Seyssins golf course 15 minutes away.
- Uriage-les-bains spa resort 15 minutes away,
- ski resorts: many activities offered in winter and summer - 30 minutes from Chamrousse, 1 hour from Alpe d'Huez, 1 hour from Sept-Laux.
- Horse riding: 3 equestrian centres nearby
- Culture: 15 minutes from the Château de Vizille, cradle of the French Revolution.

For relaxation, you have access to a private swimming pool of 8*4m fully secured by a fence and code padlock. The beach is equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds.
The shaded terrace is equipped with a table that can accommodate 8 people and is adjoining a barbecue and pizza oven. You also have the possibility to play petanque on a real gravel field, we leave the balls available.
Children are welcome and will also be seduced by the large garden with swings, slide and trampoline at their disposal.

The house is composed of 2 levels:
- On the first floor:
*a large living room, a functional and equipped kitchen, toilets, a bedroom on the first floor that can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bed 140*200 + sofa bed;
*a veranda converted into a playroom for children.

- Upstairs:
*3 bedrooms: a bedroom with 1 single bed (we can add a mattress on the floor if necessary); one with a single bed that can be converted into a double, and a last master bedroom with a double bed 180*200 and an adjoining shower room.

*a bathroom with bathtub.

We provide linen (sheets and towels) and end-of-stay cleaning is also included.
