*Indoor pool and hot tubs will be closed for repairs 8/1-8/15, outdoor pool is open * Perched high above downtown Gatlinburg in the scenic Summit of Gatlinburg community, Smoky Mountain Dreaming offers unforgettable views from every window. From the sparkling lights of downtown Gatlinburg to the snow-dusted slopes and tubing runs of Ober Gatlinburg, and the majestic peaks of Mt. LeConte, the scenery is nothing short of spectacular—day or night.

This top-floor (3rd) condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests with three bedrooms: a primary with a queen bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, and a loft with another queen bed. Gather in the cozy living area, complete with a newly upgraded electric fireplace, and enjoy the excellent private Spectrum WiFi for streaming or staying connected.

From your windows and balcony, you can watch skiers carve down the slopes, see the tubing runs in action, and admire the glittering lights of Gatlinburg after sunset. Between the city and ski slopes, the stunning ridgelines of the Smoky Mountains complete your postcard-perfect view.

As a guest, you’ll enjoy access to The Summit’s amenities, including a newly remodeled indoor pool with two spas, a seasonal outdoor pool, playground, game room, coin-operated laundry, and charcoal grills with a picnic area—all just a short walk from your condo.

Reaching The Summit is easy with well-paved, well-maintained roads. From the condo you can head straight into downtown Gatlinburg or take the bypass to Pigeon Forge to skip the traffic. (Note: the drive is smooth but includes some curvy mountain roads.)

Please note: This is a top-floor unit with no elevator, which may be challenging for those with mobility concerns. Pets are not permitted per community rules.

This property is very far up in the mountain and the roads are steep but the most amazing view. We even saw 2 bears on the property. One walked right behind the condo!

Condo was beautifully maintained. All descriptions were accurate. My son loved the spiral stairs to the loft. We watched the sunrise over the mountains every morning from the balcony. Check in process was a breeze. We had the best time.

The home has beautiful views, is well stocked, and very comfortable. The drive to the home follows traditional mountain roads, which can be a little intimidating, but the location is great. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. Everything was convenient, and the drive up the mountain was well-maintained and paved, though a bit unnerving for those not accustomed to mountain roads. The views were breathtaking, and the condo was clean and well-stocked. We will definitely be staying there again if we visit the area!However, my only complaint is with the complex itself. The pool and hot tub are quite dingy and could use a good overhaul. My kids enjoyed the pool, but we spent most of our time exploring the beautiful mountains.

We are from the Middle TN area and have loved visiting Gatlinburg for years! We purchased and renovated this condo July 2020 and continue making updates. We are excited to be able to call a mountain condo our own. We plan on spending a lot of time here enjoying the Smoky Mountains and making family memories.

#1 The VIEW! #2 the amenities with the condo complex, indoor pool and hot-tubs year round! Plus an outdoor pool, playground, and grilling area. The complex is well maintained and is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. 3# Though compact the condo layout is very functional and feels roomy with a lot of character.
