Relax and recharge in lakefront condo on Lake Hamilton near Hot Springs, AR
Take a stroll along the lakefront property of the complex on the boardwalk or in the quiet neighborhood to enjoy peaceful surroundings. Sit on the back porch and watch the waterfowl play in the small cove directly in front of the condo. If you have a watchful and patient eye, you can see the bald eagles that visit our end of the lake as well. We are less than 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs with many entertainment options and restaurants plus don't forget Oaklawn Racing and Casino nearby.
From the moment you enter the ground floor 1 bedroom/1 bath condo you'll be drawn to the view of the lake through the floor-to-ceiling windows. There are no steps into the unit but a small set of steps from back porch to boardwalk. The boardwalk can also be accessed by simply walking around the building if necessary. The bedroom provides a king size bed with Smart TV to help relax at end of the day. A fully equipped kitchen provides opportunity to prepare meals for dining indoors or out on back deck overlooking the lake. Second Smart TV in living area is available for viewing your favorite streaming service such as Netflix or Hulu and live programming via YouTube TV.
Enjoy a short walk along the boardwalk to find the lakeside swimming pool great for a cool dip or laying on a chaise lounge for sip and sun. Play a game of tennis or pickle ball on the sports court just remember to bring your favorite racket and balls. If you are here to simply relax, just take a deep breath of crisp, clean air on the back porch enjoying your favorite beverage.
One bathroom has walk-in shower with handrail for easy access. Full size washer and dryer provided in the unit for guest use.

What a great condo, right on the water. We had breakfast and dinner on the balcony every day! Fun fishing on the docs and the boardwalk was fun to explore. We wanted a quiet place close to Garvin Gardens and quick drive in to Hot Springs and this really fit the bill. Super comfortable and clean. Great host.

The rental was just beautiful inside and out. It was beautifully decorated and the view was gorgeous, especially at sunset. You can sit on the back porch area and watch the geese and ducks in the afternoon by the waterfront. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were super comfortable and would definitely love to stay there again. All communications with our lovely host were clear and we appreciated the dining recommendations as well.

This was my first trip to Hot Springs. Rose's condo was just perfect for our stay. It's situated in a beautiful residential community which made our walks really nice. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. We loved sipping coffee or a cocktail on the back deck while overlooking Lake Hamilton. It was very peaceful! My favorite outing was to Garvan Woodland Gardens, and her condo is only 10 min away. Downtown is about 15 minutes away-so all very convenient. I cannot say enough about this little gem!We will be back!Elise

Thank you for everything! The home is beautiful and in a perfect location. Directions were perfect as well. There are plenty of little details included but don’t forget to bring body wash or items like that which are not included. Luckily there are plenty of stores nearby that you can get to if something is forgotten. Rose had been super responsive and very helpful. Would definitely rent from them again if headed to hot springs. Thanks for providing a beautiful and calm spot for relaxing and unwinding!!!

This condo was easily accessible, very clean and in a quiet safe area. It was perfect for my husband and I. Garvin Woodland Gardens was very close by, and we visited one of our favorite restaurants Red Oak Fillin Station. We will definitely stay again when the opportunity arises.

Do NOT hesitate the pictures really don’t do the condo justice. Book it! Tucked away in a quiet part of the lake the sunsets and sunrise don’t disappoint! The view is amazing! Walk off the porch and fish, talk a stroll along the boardwalk. Take a hike to a waterfall on Lake Katherine. Just be present in nature and let your worries slip away. On to the grit of the condo super clean, comfortable bed, easy access and all the essential are provided. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Hot Springs Road-trip
My husband and I stayed here on our road trip down south. The property was very clean and comfortable. After our day at Hot Springs National Park, it was nice to come back and relax on the deck overlooking the lake. Great place!

If I could give this place 6/5 stars I would, especially for cleanliness. It was very comfortable and well-stocked. I would highly recommend it. We only had one glitch. My hubby and I are both mobility challenged. (We can't walk worth a flip.). The sidewalk to the front door has a fairly steep incline which was fairly tricky for us to navigate, but once inside, we had no problems whatsoever. It was a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was a great location to have access to Hot Springs. We loved relaxing by the pool and paddle boarding on the lake. The property was fully stocked and exactly as expected. I would highly recommend this property for any couple. The host was very quick to respond with any questions.

We enjoyed the wonderful experiences my husband’s Civil Service career afforded us over almost 40 years. Rose stayed home with our 3 children and homeschooled all through high school. Living in Arkansas, Alabama, Virginia, Maryland, Texas and Germany gave us ample opportunity to explore many parts of our country and extensive travel in Europe. Whether in local attractions, natural beauty, the food or people we’ve met along the way, we have always found the ‘happy’ in every location. We enjoy sharing our happy space so others can be introduced or revisit the hidden gem of Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs.

This area has it all! Enjoy history? Visit Hot Springs National Park and the Gangster Museum. Enjoy nature? Visit any one of the nearby lakes or state parks for water sports, hiking, biking or digging for diamonds. Enjoy shopping? Visit Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs for unique boutique shopping. Feel lucky? Visit Oaklawn Racing and Casino, a popular destination for many visitors. Play golf? Find multiple 18-hole courses in Hot Springs and within 20-mile radius. Farr Shores is also a quiet spot on Lake Hamilton where a person can simply rest and recharge from their busy life. The sunrise, sunset and fog laying low over the lake literally steps from the back porch is simply serene and good for the soul.

The views from our back porch can make any trouble melt away and help you gain new perspective, if only for a little while. Sipping your favorite beverage while watching the sun rise or set can be therapeutic for the soul. Steps away from your back porch, the boardwalk begs for a short walk to breathe in fresh air and watch nature. The complex swimming pool is located a short walk to the right along the boardwalk from our back porch. Farr Shores is part of a neighborhood with no through traffic, so it is safe for a jog or walk to energize and stay active while on vacation. Bring your private watercraft and launch from the private, gated board landing. Park your trailer in the free onsite parking area.
