Introducing a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house in a beautiful Mountain, Forest Setting, right on the fairway! (PLEASE NOTE THIS COMPLEX WITH HAVE ALL ITS CONCRETE DRIVEWAYS AND PAVERS REPLACED AFTER LABOR WEEKEND, THIS WILL TAKE ROUGHLY 4 WEEKS) Keep your cars tucked away during a winter storm in the 2 car private garage or stay cool with the central AC, and enjoy the convenience of a quiet setting nestled in the Sierra Star Golf Course, whilst being a short drive away from the Village and Eagle Lodge. Relax after a great day on the hill in the private hot tub, and soak up all the amenities this beautiful mountain townhome has to offer. In the three story townhouse, you will enjoy two living room spaces, a private laundry room with washer dryer, two decks; one with private hot tub and the other with private BBQ gas grill. On the entry level the family den offers a sleeper sofa, flatscreen TV with Cable. This leads out to your patio where you can enjoy a soak in the private jacuzzi while soaking up the fairway views. A guest bedroom on this level features a Queen bed, with full bathroom adjacent with walk-in shower. On the middle level, the living room offers a gas fireplace, flat screen Smart TV with HD cable, streaming. Dine in with your friends and family in the fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for 8, or get grilling on the gas BBQ. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone counters and everything needed to prepare meals, and a Keurig combo coffee maker. The two bedrooms on this middle level both feature Queen beds, flatscreen TVs and access a shared full bathroom in hallway with tub/shower combo. On the third level is the primary suite with a King bed, cozy gas fireplace, flat screen Smart TV, spacious walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and dual vanity. Enjoy all the comforts of home with an in-unit washer/dryer, free wireless internet, and garage parking for 2 cars (garage clearance 7' 7"), boot warmers, and central AC. The driveway can also accommodate 2 vehicles, the home can be accessed from this ground level, however there are approx. 8 steps to the front door, and 3 levels inside. The woodwinds community is a short walk to the Woods Site outdoor events venue hosting Art and Music festivals, and walking multi-use path. The Mammoth Village is a 3-5 minute drive. The unit will allow one pet and sleeps a maximum of 10 people. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Fantastic Family Pre-Thanksgiving weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 9, including 6 adults, 2 children, 1 baby, all had a great time this past weekend. We skied, played games, hiked, sledded, jacuzzied, cooked multiple meals including the standard Thanksgiving dinner, and relaxed at Woodwinds #1303.The house was spacious, comfortable, clean and in great condition. The mountain received 53 inches of snow while we were there and the plows were out every morning and during the day to make sure we could drive to wherever we wanted to go. We look forward to coming back next year and doing it again!
