I thought this was located in Saida not the Royale Beach and Tennis Club. The lockout 2nd bedroom had condensation drip from the ceiling onto the floor which was quite slippery. That room smelled stuffy the entire week.Several kitchen cabinets needed repair. The water pressure was not great in the showers or kitchen. The views were spectacular and the beds were comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on above us but it was quiet at night.The grounds are great.

Condo itself was great. We stayed here last year too. However the property the condo is in was not great. Upon arrival one of the 2 elevators didn’t work (it didn’t work the entire 6 day stay) it wasn’t that big of a deal waiting forever for the one elevator BUT then the second elevator stopped working multiple times! We were staying on the 14th floor of a 15 floor building! There is no air in the stairwell, nor were we prepared to climb 14 stories every time we wanted to leave our condo. That is unacceptable for what we pay to stay at that property. I know that doesn’t change the condo being nice but it did definitely change our experience.

Starbase getaway

Great property, perfect view of starbase. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Will stay again!

All of our knives were rusted so we could not use them. We also had black mold in our air vents, and the water did not work properly. The floors were very dirty as well. The view was nice and the beds worked for sleeping, but not as nice as they put it out to be.

Amazing stay can’t wait to go back!!

Had an amazing time. The condo was amazing and beautiful, by far the most kitchen and bedding available from most other rentals I have stayed in. The easiest by far check out/clean up process . Will definitely stay there again. Wish the towel exchange would have been on property but other then that 5STARS

Amazing Vacation

The views from the balcony are amazing! The bed was very comfy. Everything was wonderful! My husband and I had a nice relaxing vacation. The condo has everything you need and the rental company was great! They made check in really easy and everyone was really nice. Will definitely come back!

Perfect Beach Stay

The condo had a great beachy vibe and was well appointed with necessary kitchen cookware (including metric measuring). We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning and slept comfortably each night. It was the perfect amount of space for 4 of us to spread out. Especially appreciate the additional excursions sent for us to consider, since we didn't know the area. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy. Many thanks for a memorable trip!

The inside of the condo was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with nice dishes and all utensils, pots and pans we needed. The view was really nice. On the down side, there was almost no water pressure in the sinks of the primary bedroom. Luckily, the shower was fine. The closet in the primary was full of rugs, pillows, beach chairs and baskets. We had to move some things out to hang our clothes. The second bedroom had a closet, but it was full of pillows and did not have a rod to hang clothes. The building itself was dreary, especially the elevators, which were dark and dirty. The hot tub and the pool were not clean and two of the chairs at the bar were broken and we had to point that out to the bartender. The grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The foyer was clean, and but modestly welcoming - no chairs and couches to gather and/or visit.

This is a great property! We had a great time! Very clean, pics are exactly what u get. We would definitely recommend this condo. We always stay at a saida property but never this condo. It is the nicest one we have had in 9 years. (They were all great not taking bad this was just the best one so far) very secure safe property with plenty to do rite there on the grounds. Thank u for a great relaxing week!!

Check in process was a nightmare. They couldn’t find our reservation. Sent us to a different property. Has to call the number and put front desk clerk on line. Was getting concerned that we wouldn’t have a place to stay. View was awesome and the launch of space x a plus. Didnt realize we would be able to see it from our balcony. Kitchen was great and bedrooms were nice

The resort was nice, the parking was horrible but we went during midsummer when everyone normally goes. The apt smelled moldy but what can you say, its super humid out there!!!

Overall the experience was great! Only complaint would be the fact floor were so sandy and no vacuum for us to clean them. Also a mop and bucket would be nice along with vacuum so we can clean up with any small mess we may have made. We swept and did all laundry daily. Would definitely return just suggestions on what I would do if it was my place. Again thank you for a fun family vacation in your beautiful neck of the woods .

We thought the condo was nicely furnished, the beds and linens were also nice. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed worked fine. Now for the not so nice - the bathrooms had not been cleaned or sanitized, with the primary one full of hair. We called but were told no one could come till the next day. Not a great start to our stay. The balcony was really small with too much furniture. Not one of the best VRBO rentals but we still had a great time.
