Welcome to Northjoy Villa, a recently built, stylishly designed detached property nestled amidst lush greenery and swaying coconut trees. This spacious villa offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and tropical charm, making it an ideal retreat for large families, group stays, or unforgettable get-togethers.
Step into a serene environment where you’ll find a unique guitar-shaped outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a fun splash with loved ones. The villa features 6 large bedrooms and 1 single room, accommodating up to 23 guests comfortably. With a variety of room types – deluxe rooms, family rooms, triple rooms, and a single room – there's something for everyone. Five rooms have attached bathrooms, and one room includes a private external bathroom, offering both privacy and convenience.
Guests have access to a fully equipped common kitchen for self-catering, while authentic Sri Lankan meals are available from our in-house restaurant at reasonable prices. A top-floor pergola offers a scenic space for parties, celebrations, or simply unwinding under the stars.
