HERGARAI is a beautiful detached house, renovated in 2019, located near the village of Ahaxe, 6km from St Jean-Pied-de-Port. Arranged over two levels, it comprises: On the ground floor: - a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), a lounge area, and a sitting area with an inset fireplace - 1 accessible bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and an en-suite shower room/WC - a utility room (washing machine) - a WC Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm) and an en-suite bathroom - 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and an en-suite bathroom For your comfort, the beds are made up for your arrival. Towels are available for rent. Reversible air conditioning/heating is included, and firewood for the fireplace is provided. Baby equipment is available upon request. Wi-Fi internet access is included. Outside, you can relax on the covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, all offering exceptional panoramic views of the Basque mountains. You will also enjoy a private heated swimming pool (9x4 m, open from April 15th to November 11th), secured by a safety cover, with sun loungers. A small garage with enclosed storage is available for bicycles or a motorcycle. Parking is provided. Hiking trails are located near the cottage. A security deposit and cleaning fee are payable upon arrival at the cottage.
