Incredible Bayside Home in the Florida Keys!

**To our guests** Nautilus Getaway has always been proud to utilize a contact-less check in process. We use CDC recommended standards for disinfecting in our all our cleaning protocols.

As soon as you walk into this home you will feel like you just walked into a comfortable, cozy home. With its cool laid-back style and subtle sophistication this house doesn't disappoint. The home is newly painted and new gravel. Also the backyard has been updated with new artificial turf, which allows for more entertaining space or sun bathing. The house is situated on a canal and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, family room, kitchen, dining area, outside deck off the 2nd floor. Our home is situated in Islamorada, in the middle Florida Keys. To be more specific, we are on Lower Matecumbe Key, which is the southernmost island in Islamorada, at exactly Mile Marker 74, on the bayside. The home is a 3/3, and can comfortably sleep six, with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 full-bath downstairs. The Master has a queen bed, and a private bath. The second and third bedroom have queen beds, and a separate bath that is shared. If more room is needed, or for families with older children or adult that cant climb stairs, the lower level is an open floor plan where you can find two sets of bunk beds and sofa sleeper and I full bathroom. Also, you can find on the lower level a laundry room and television to connect any of your favorite game consoles (not provided). A full-size refrigerator for water/soft drinks/beer/bait is located on the first level for easy access to the pool deck. On the pool deck you will find an outdoor barbecue area and gorgeous Tiki Hut with a large pool to soak your worries away. Also, a large 65 foot of dock with Electric & Water; and a fish cleaning station This home provides a private homeowners beach with Tiki Huts, chairs and BBQ Grills. This home is close to the best restaurants, and sightseeing that can be offered in the Florida Keys.

Peaceful, quiet and relaxing! Just what is needed to take your mind off of business and a great place to spend the winter months in turquoise, warm waters. Fish, read a book, swim, head to Key West, shop, eat, drink, enjoy the Florida Keys.

Islamorada Getaway

We were very pleased with the home, its lovely, heated pool, canal view, access to the private beach, and quiet neighborhood. Upon arrival it was very clean, well appointed, and we appreciated the welcome basket. The binder of information was most helpful, and the host was very responsive to our needs during our stay.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hosts went above and beyond to provide everything needed for a great vacation. The property was extremely well stocked and very clean. The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens were provided, and a great pool with pool toys. The basket of goodies was a nice touch and made us feel very welcome here. Thank you so much!

Perfect Islamorada vacation home

My husband and I recently returned from a month at this lovely property in Islamorada. I can't say enough about how wonderful this home is! The canal location was ideal for us, with plenty dockage for our boat. We've stayed for the month of February in several very nice White Marlin Beach houses over the years, but this was definitely the best of them. First, it was meticulously clean when we arrived. And we've never rented a place that was this well equipped and supplied! We packed a lot of things that we turned out not to need, because just about anything you can think of is already there! The heated pool is lovely, as is everything about the outdoor space here -- the tiki hut with big TV, the fire pit, the wonderfully equipped outdoor kitchen/grilling/dining area, tons of comfortable furniture. And just inside at ground level there's a spare kitchen with a full-sized fridge, dining area and bathroom: no need to run up and down the stairs when you're enjoying the outdoor space. The host was extremely responsive, easy to reach when needed, and always very gracious. Unfortunately, this home was already booked for next February so we won't be able to enjoy it next year -- but we certainly hope to return here as soon as possible. Thanks, Tatiana!

Just what we wanted.

I thought this property was better than the pictures represented. It was very well supplied when we arrived. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of 10. We all enjoyed the pool, tiki hut area and the outdoor kitchen. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was delightful. It was the perfect place for us to spend time with our children and grand children.

Beautiful Spot on Lower Mat

Great location and well stocked. Fantastic outdoor spaces to relax by the pool and canal. Dockage was more than adequate for a 31’ center console, boats over 40’ may run into issues interfering with the lift.

Great house and a wonderful time

This house turned out to be a perfect place for us for our month-long stay in January 2021. The house is beautiful and spacious. We had plenty of space for three kids and two adults to do remote school and remote work. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed for our extended stay. We enjoyed the pool, the fire pit, the hammock, the tiki hut, the kayak, and the stand-up paddleboard. The neighborhood was quiet, the sunsets were gorgeous, and the stargazing was incredible. We spent a lot of time at Robby's, which was about a 15-minute bike ride away (kayaking, jet skis, etc.). We also biked the FKOHT in the neighborhood, and up to the Florida Keys Brewery and Publix, etc. The owners were very friendly and responsive whenever we had the need to communicate. There was a minor issue with cleanliness on check-in, which the owners addressed right away. We would definitely stay here again.

A home you will never want to leave

Our family booked this stay hoping for an escape from our busy and stressful life up north. I am thrilled to say that this house achieved that and more. While we are very familiar with the Keys, this trip was a whole new experience for our family solely because of this home. The house is located on a peaceful and beautiful canal that allows easy access to the bay. We kayaked nearly every evening to see the sunset and saw manatees in the canal throughout our trip. The outside area of the home was perfect for our needs. The pool is large and heated, there is plenty of comfortable seating, and a large bar and grill to entertain and eat meals outside. We also found the neighborhood to be very friendly and walkable. The inside of the house was very clean while still being homey & cozy for the family. We spent Christmas here and enjoyed every second of the house. Overall, this house exceeded our expectations and delivered a home away from home feel all while offering the paradise that is the Florida Keys. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
