Summer:
Summer in Angel Fire is spectacular. The cool temperatures will give you the energy to enjoy all the local activities. This house is minutes from one our countries best down hill mountain biking areas. A short drive to a world class golf course and country club. Hiking, cross country biking, fishing and an exhilarating zip line tour are all nearby to enjoy. Northern New Mexico Mountains are calling. Come for the fresh air, star filled skies and stay in a oasis of comfort and beauty.

The space
Our home is a vast vacation get away. There is enough room for two to three families to live comfortably. The kitchen/living space is open, with an abundance of natural light, fireplace, big screen TV, double ovens, fully stocked kitchen and sizable mud room. Off this space is the master bedroom and bathroom boasting class and character. The upstairs has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Both bedrooms have lofts with extra twin beds that the kiddos can rock climb to. The basement is equipped with 3 bedrooms. Two of which are connected, a full bathroom and game room with ping pong, fooseball table and large screen TV. The house is situated on one full acre of fun. It boasts two tree swings, a slack line for you balance challenge and ninja practice course for youngsters. There is also a trampoline and a basket ball hoop. There are several outdoor fire pits fire (restriction permitting) and ample out door spaces to sit and relax. You may not want to leave the property for all the resort fun.

Winter: Snow capped peaks for viewing off the north balcony, ski runs to the south. Warm up by the fireplace after sledding, skiing, boarding or snow showing (2 minute shuttle ride from the house). Cross country ski on the golf course and enjoy a tasty meal and beverage afterwards. Almost always blue bird days, and the occasional exception means fresh powder runs the day after. Good times are waiting!!!
