A large swim spa is the ideal place to relax, have fun and soak up the sun. As evening draws in move to the undercover dining area where you can fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco or enjoy the undercover lounge seating. The perfect place to enjoy each other’s company amongst the tranquil wildlife sounds.

In winter months, the versatile lounge room offers choice of seating around a large wall-mounted TV or around the toasty slow combustion wood heater. A great place to bring everyone together.

Featuring a large Smart TV with streaming services (plus a second Smart TV in bedroom 4), Wi-Fi, ducted air-conditioning and two nifty workstations set up with monitor and keyboard/mouse, Alba Gardens has something for everyone.

Enjoy the community atmosphere at nearby Bundanoon Village a short 2km away. Take a morning walk into town and take in the picturesque surrounds for your morning coffee at one of many cafes located on the main street. Potters Pantry, Jumping Rock Café and Bottega B Ristorante just to name a few.

Linen
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff.. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for the complimentary travel cot & pool/beach towel for the spa.

Property Specific Notes
It would be quite easy to use a large amount of firewood during your stay. Enough wood will be supplied for the fireplace/slow combustion wood heater for the first two nights. After that, guests must purchase top-up wood and kindling from the local petrol stations at their own cost. The wood is located under the fireplace and in the half barrel next to the side gate.

Please note this property has an external security camera covering the driveway.

Limited phone service however wifi-enabled calling is supported.

Pets are NOT welcome at this property due to the local wildlife and particularly the birdlife.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Other things to note
The spa lid MUST BE REPLACED when the spa is not in use. If it is not the spa will lose heat and debris and other things may end up in the spa requiring cleaning.
